Well you have one thing right. A man is to be the head of the house hold. But you don't have to beat anything into my head.
Women are to be soulwinners and going out knocking on Doors like it says in Acts 2:17,18 spreading the gospel.
But for a woman to stand behind a pulpit is not scriptural. It is not God's Will. Just because you can and it might work doesn't make it right.

Acts 2:1-13 They could understand the languages and the different people listed
