It pains me much to bring this up in here, but for all of you that want proof of God, here it is! Not only did this young man's dream come true, but Tommy was (as he always is) and instrument of God...do you see how he eased his tension and invited his friend with the camera closer? Also note the tuning of the guitar...it's perfect. That's really the proof of God...if anyone has ever transported a guitar and then slapped a capo on it, this sound does NOT happen. Thank you Lord for Tommy!!

Are you KIDDING!!!!!!!! I am so envious of you having rock star access to Tommy. I just saw him in Houston up-close and personal on the front row. Tommy was absolutely amazing and the night was simply magical. You better keep that guitar SAFE!!! and never sell it - there are people like me out here that would give anything for a Tommy Emmanuel signature on our guitars. I was lucky enough to snag a Tommy Emmanuel poster from the venue that night - and I really thought I had something!!

So, I'm trying to buy tickets to Tommy's Chicago, IL show (Sept 18 and 19). Tommy's website links over to ticketmaster for both shows, saying they go on sale 10AM today. By 10:30AM still saw nothing. I called the venue and they said tickets are only available via a pledge drive on WTTW?!

Lol, "get to work". I remember the first time me and a friend met tommy we already felt like we'd known him for years through watching youtube videos and reading interviews. Such a warm and welcoming guy. It was a special moment getting our guitars signed, laughed all the way back to the hotel. Nice vid man
