How is this a hobby? I put frozen concentrate applejuice and mix it with water... been doing it for years now.. I guess thats my hobby

Not sure this is schnapps or brandy. All he makes is the pears juice and then add very high proof alcohol to it and calls it ready right away. More like a mixed drink haha

@babalupicapau Not sure. He said it was something his mom made baby food out of when he was little - think that was a long time ago! Also said they were common then. There is nothing made like that now I checked!

FYI "Schnapps" is actually a german term for a colorless fruit brandy, like french Eau de Vie. This is a liqueur, but isn't schnapps...

He put it into the bottle when it was still small enough to fit, but left it to grow further... That's how :)
