  • Hi my name's Rob from UK and I wondered if you would be willing to share some information about your beautiful bike. I've an X1 and want to do a similar thing in converting it to a cafe racer style look. Would you be willing to exchange email addresses to help with this. The only thing I would like to know is about applying the frame conversions and what resources you used to purchase the tank and seat etc. Where r u by the way? Please let me know and I will post email etc, I hope u can help

  • Beautiful!

It looks like a work of art and sounds fantastic, really great job!

  • Well did not expect this much interest.. Anyway.. Frame was modified from the neck down to swingarm pivot. The upper postion of the original frame was removed to accept the Fuel and oil tank and seat that are for a Norton featherbed frame. lower section of the frame is stock. Recreated the upper portion of the frame and sub frame togivea featherbed look.. Wanted to give the bike a Triton look but using a Buell frame . Still handeles like a Buell but looks like a british Cafe Racer.

  • nice one man. are you on any build forum threads? gotta know more about this beauty...
