  • Actually, this vent is Dade County approved (meaning is rated for hurricanes), on either flat or pitched roofs. It's been tested with blowing water at 200mph. On pitched roofs over 6/12 do you need to specify at which point they are modified. That's why we offer this vent, it's the best in the world.

  • Nice tutorial - you install a vent for a flat roof on a pitched roof.. That vents duct body is stationary meaning you cant turn it to find level for the top.  Rain will be driving right through those vent slats when things arent level..
