Help! I bought this game and what little I played of it it looks badass, but I can't get past the silly first boss fight with the Leviathon. WHen I get the red circle, I don't get any context hit buttons to press so I just keep getting killed. I looked for cheats but they all say I should be seeing context buttons but i am not so I can't kill the stupid thing to continue the game! It's credited as being so though, because it was the first successful generic FPS to hit Xbox which drew in a ton of people who didn't play video games otherwise. Influential? Really, how influential is Halo? Most Halo enthusiasts I've talked to said they got shittier and shittier each release

@beantownkid38 quick time moments: RE4, hack and slash style of gameplay: a water downed version of DMC, fully rendered cutscenes: POP trilogy, puzzles-fighting-platforming pacing: POP trilogy the series is awesome and I love GOW but it only just borrowed and improved on concepts from other games and halo is not generic man, now it is because people copied the fuck out of the game but go back to 2001 and it was very fresh. I agree about the focus on mp, fuck mp. singleplayer all the way.
