i'm sorry, but this is a horrible banana bread video.... think about it. your missing some important information here. how much baking soda? how much baking powder? how much brown sugar and how much white? sry, i don't mean to be so harsh but, when you make a recipe video you need to include these things... :-/ anyone here agree????

yup, it should say one teaspoon of baker powder, one teaspoon of baker soda, and one teaspoon of vanila extract, to make the recipe complete. Personally, I would add half of cup of maple walnut too.

my gosh I just made some banana bread tonight , and I overly beat the hell out of the mixture and it turned out like this.... burnt on the outside and raw in the middle.
it was f$%^ing sick. LOL
