Yes, these are jade. It's not exactly a bright green, more like a green with a hint of blue. Platinums are icy pale gray with a lil blue on my dark brown eyes.

I dont know why people try to talk you into buying this expensive makeup i can do the same thing with 3-5 dollar eyeshadow.

No one talked me into it really. I just like some of the things pricier brands have. Plus I got all those pigments for FREE so I could try them out. They're samples I got from the mac store. So technically speaking this was cheaper than a 3-5 dollar eyeshadow. I use products from all price ranges.
