We are using IP8332 with bundled 3.6mm M12 lens, sometime you have to focus the len manual by open the casing from buttom, since manufacturer they focus the object in 5 meters, if your application are difference from default, you have to manually adjust the lens to the best focus position base on the environment. We are using 1280x800@30fps with quality first and we set as "standard". Please try it.

What are ALL the settings and what camera is this ... REALLY? I have several of these cams and no 2 look the same even with all the settings being the same ... this cam has obviously been heavily tweaked and re-focused - they don't look this good out of the box!
