Luckily I wasn't paralyzed. I'm so thankful for that. Been a long nine months but I'm so glad that I am finally walking. I was so happy. I thought I wasn't going to be able to walk ever again. I was so scared. Thanks to my mom, my best friend Justin and Mikaela. And my boyfriend Sebastian Evans they are so supportive in me.

@celinedion015 My daughter AND her boyfriend both had that surgery. He had it as an infant (2 months), and she had hers 2 1/2 years ago just before she turned 15. They only met last year at our very small church and we couldn't believe the coincidence. They are both fine with no after-effects now. We will pray that you are the same.

I can relate to this song. I wasnt in an accident. But I had tethered cord release surgery that was gonna change my life. Two years ago my back was getting really bad, and I was having a very hard time walking. I was born with spine bifida. So I am in a wheelchair. i got out walkin around wondering what had happened. i had a concussion and didnt remember anything till the next day.. when i woke up i couldnt move, my head was swollen up like a pro boxer had hit me 20 million times, but i started remebering the wreck, took me about 2 months to remember the whole wreck.. but the kid was only 16 yrs old and suffered a broken femur and hes gotta put up with all this regret for the rest of his life and i done told him not to worry about it, it was just a mistake

I was in a head on collision on October 2nd 2008, and the guy in the other car fell asleep and came into my lane, i was comming around a corner and never saw him comming towards me. This song reminds me of what happened to my ex-girlfriend. She was in a car accident which broke both of her legs, and she slipped into a coma for a week. The doctors said that she may not be able to ever walk again, but she fought through therapy and was able to walk within 6 months. Unfortunately, we were not able to live out the last part of the song. In December 2007, she was hit again, this time by a drunk driver, and she didn't survive the accident.
