I grew up in Eau Claire and lived there until I was 24, and I rarely stepped foot downtown. That's a shame, because after living in other urban areas since then, I now realize how beautiful the downtown area of Eau Claire is/was.
I grew up in Eau Claire also. I rarely step foot downtown. It's dead, ugly and usually full of drunks. I got an idea, lets put a jail there, that way the cops don't have to drive all over town, wasting gas, to find some action! Ooo Rahhh
I been Wisconsin, and I love Down town Eau Claire.. I been miss a lot..!!! How I wish to get back there.

Oh claire is kept very nice in the summers, its a nice place to live wher eu dont have to worry about getting fucked with. :)
