Though I see this as more Original then "One Piece Grand Battle", which was like a Power Stone Clone, though same Developer, they learned from there mistakes.

I think Nightmare Luffy is the only character capable of a 100% health Special attack if you manage to get enough of the punches on his storm to hit.
