i love bridgeport! i grew up there and as a hispanic woman never had an issue with anyone. i actually felt the neighbors looked out for me... they were always cordial and inviting and the only one person that i ever heard complain about how he was treated was a dope head that was always late on his rent and kept breaking into his neighbors houses....so much for making yourself feel welcomed!

Ok, let’s assume that I actually did grew up in the Bridgeport area in Chicago, but on the other hand I was born and raised down south in Tupelo MS, which was on my father side of the family; but however on my mother side of the family, let’s assume even if they did all born and raised down in the Bridgeport area; perhaps maybe in which dates far back as the 1920’s, from my grandfather house , lets say it could have been over on 35th Street and Wallace Ave.
