  • I am a Christian and believe God does not want us to be so angry and when we are trying to win people over. The love of Christ is suppose to win them over. Lets love like God loves. Just because we are loving the person does not mean we support the sin or life style their living. But they will hear better if you come gracefully and loving. God is LOVE !!!!

  • @MeeMeeT1 Oh, you mean let's bomb pakistan like Japan was smashed by the Tsunami?

God's love is so wonderful! I really enjoy seeing all those starving people in Africa! And those kid dying every minute, what great LOVE your fucking god shows!

  • Whoohoo, I'ma Jesus follower! I finally know what I am know. Now I don't have t sit and think "denomination, what?" at a survey anymore.

Thumbs up if you're a Jesus follower. Or don't, it's cool.

  • @JessesanMan you are religious and you put your money into religions. You support religions by posting on them. Why do you lie about this? Because you know that religions are just false mythologies but you can't admit to yourself that you've been hoodwinked.

  • In this context "Christian" is portraying "Religion" as opposed to the simplicity that is in Christ. Jesus did not come to set up another religion, with a list of do's and don'ts and all kinds of activities to participate in to be spiritual. Most people commenting seemed to have missed the point. But then they are probably in the Christian Religion.

  • @Fedproman Well since you seem to understand the point so well do you understand that you just proved their terrible point in your comment. You just said that most people who missed the point are probably in the Christian religion. Do you realize how wrong that is? I shouldn't even have to explain it for you to realize how wrong your statement was. It makes me sick. U r just like the makers of this video- you've got Christianity and religion all wrong.

  • @MissKeKeBLUE Sorry to have made you sick. After being in the faith for 35 years I guess I have just missed it completely. Thanks so much for setting me straight. I sure hope the makers of the video see your insightful comments and take down this awful video immediately. It wonderful to have people around who can read a 6 line comment and judge my whole existance in the faith. All things in the Kingdom are by revelation. Perhaps you might consider you don't have all wisdom

  • I'm a Christian and a Jesus follower.

  • Comment removed

  • You couldn't decrease the background volume to lower than the speech volume? Moreover, isn't a Jesus follower what a Christian claims to be?

  • we are saved by grace, not by law....

  • A Jesus follower is a Christian.... these video are so foolish!

  • Whoever made this video you must not be a Christian or a Jesus follower. First of all Christians are Jesus followers and we do not hold signs up in front of people's face. like rockypallo said, I don't recall in the Bible, The Father, The Son, or the Holy Spirit scaring people into believing them by turn or burn? What is that? God says that anyone who purposely sets out to turn people away from him will not inherit the kingdom of Heaven.

  • @MissKeKeBLUE Your point is exactly the point they are trying to make with the video. I guess you missed it somehow.

  • @Fedproman I did not miss it at all don't try to insult me. My point is not the point they are trying to make at all. They are spreading garbage about Christians trying to scare ppl into religion. They are so wrong and so r u for agreeing with them.

  • @MissKeKeBLUE But scaring people into religion is a standard tactic used every day. I'm glad that you obnoxious people don't (usually) kill others because we don't believe your insane mythology. Oh, wait. You do that all the time, just look at the news from around the world. I take it back. Give up your stupid myth and join the sane people!

  • love it! I was raised Turn or Burn style... oh boy! :s

  • This is sooo perfect!!

  • I think the guy on the right is just a lukewarm worldy wanna be beleiver scared to speak the truth. Jesus did say unless ye repent ye shall all likewise perish - so much for saying Jesus never preached hard messages.

  • @fernieboy100 No, I think that would be you.

  • @Onefleshabiding16 scared to preach huh ?

  • @fernieboy100 Nope. I just believe in doing it in love.

  • @Onefleshabiding16 Yes preach the truth with love I agree - but to not say anything when so many people are heading for the wrong place is not love either.

  • @fernieboy100 Very true!

  • Why do we battle one another, seems the wrong battle is being fought when alllll the comments seem to be from one "Christian" to another. Which war are we fighting?

  • Retarded, plagiaristic, banal, witless.

Isn't being a true christian the same thing that being Jesus follower?

Is "Jesus follower" always have to be this annoying? And most importantly, always right?

  • All of Church history except for the last century preached the full counsil of God. That is Sin, rightousness, judgement. Law before grace. The carnal minded unregenerate sinner does not understand nor want to understand the things of God. Psalm 19:7 says the law is perfect for converting the soul and Galations 3:24 tells us it was put in charge to lead us to Christ so that when we see our guilt the cross would offer redemption through faith. It is offensive but the truth is we offended God

  • seriously this is garbage.

    dont divide the body.

    stop accusing the brethren.

  • @emarvin135 - What's a brethren?

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS

    Praying for you

    Please consider taking this down.

By "the brethren" i meant your brothers and sisters in christ/Gods people.

we are all going to be together in heaven right?

so whether your a hipster, a camel belted prophet, hell fire preacher, missionary, or you work at Cabelas means very little. what matters is this- do you hear the word of the Lord, believe it, and do what He says. Not what people find most acceptable and least confrontational

  • @emarvin135 "Christian". . . "Jesus Follower". . . What about a personal relationship with God?

  • @sokerballer yes, thats a working title for a christian. I'm talking about people who do what Jesus says.

anyone can call him Lord, those who really love him keep his commandments

  • @emarvin135 Lol. "Titles"? I don't need to claim with words what my actions speak for themselves. So, what purpose does a title serve? Also, doing what you're commanded to do is showing both love and respect, yes, but where is the relationship? You know the commandments, but do you know God on a personal level? As it's said, good deeds (following the commandments) alone won't grant you a place in Heaven.

This reply isn't meant to be aggressive by the way. Just clarifying. Haha.

  • I'm amazed how many people missed the point. Though I think the guy on the right could have made stronger points.

  • @emarvin135 Well sometimes people need a kick in the pants to wake up. I can understand where this video is coming from because I've seen it before. People can get turned away and I feel the "Turn or Burn" tactic isn't really the proper way to get people to Christ. I think showing them God's love through our actions and lives is the best way to show people who God is and how amazing He is. To send his only son for us. Really for us? We don't deserve it and he still did it.

  • @sniperstar why do you believe this myth? It makes you look stupid.

  • @farvision That's your opinion. You perceive it as a myth. I know it as the truth. You think I'm stupid. I feel that I'm right. What about it do u think is myth?

  • @sniperstar Thanks for the calm response. There is a lot of information available about religions being myths. Most of the story of Jesus was part of earlier mythologies. A good movie showing some of this is called 'The God Who Wasn't There' and you can easily find it on google. Look at the videos by giivideo and all the 'god' playlists I've collected.

  • @farvision No problem. I know a lot of people flame at people for those type of comments but i feel that's not the right way to go about it. Anyways. I will have a look at those videos if i get the time. In Gr.12 so very busy with school work. Also wondering have you read the Bible in it's entirety ? Just a question i like to ask people who i speak to about these things. How do you know it was a part of earlier mythology?

  • @sniperstar The videos will show you the many (!) cases where legends about Jesus already were in circulation beforehand. Born of a virgin, etc.

  • @farvision Ok will give them a look when i get the time then.

  • @emarvin135 there already are thousands of sects - and they are at war with each other. So you are too late.

  • @emarvin135 Well... Sometimes people need to be given a kick in the pants because they aren't truly doing the work of God. I'm not saying this is the case here but if we are silent about things that aren't holy then they will just continue. Sometimes people need to be accused to see the error of their ways, right?

  • Love the way Ray Comfort message "Hell's best kept secret" deals with presenting the gospel. Much better than the way presented here.

  • this is the dumbest video I've seen my whole life. Two morons talking about a fucking stupid fairy tale.

  • @myfaith1969 You seem like someone who could use a trip to deathbeth - com

  • dont use scare tactics, tell them politely that their religion is wrong, and everything will be wonderful if you go to church. Instead of scare tactics, use phoney smiles, and peer-pressure. Thats how these youth pastors get ya

  • I'd love to see those guys with the signs actually spend time EXPLAINING what they mean, because let me tell you: most people know NOTHING about the Gospel, so when they see "turn or burn" they just disregard it.

But if they had it explained to them...things would change. (1 Peter 3:15-16)

  • I am wondering about those that claim if you don't believe in him then you will burn. What about people who have never heard of Christ? Will they burn? I believe that we are called to do what Jesus tells us and to get people to follow him. Yet there is a point to where people don't want to follow someone they think will threaten them. Yes I know jesus talked about hell but he never said that is how to get people to church.

  • So many Christians follow Paul rather than Jesus.

    Sad, isn't it? :/

  • Huh. Still an atheist, sorry.

  • @whatthehellbook who will bring a charge against Gods elect? not you. dont talk about the bride that way. his followers are his bride. do not be an accuser of the brethren

  • Jesus created hell and threatened people who didnt believe his stories with eternal torment.

  • Well obviously this is fake, Jesus didn't use a Mac. He was more of a Linux guy. Why do I say this? Because you don't have to pay for admission to use Linux. Its free and open to everyone :)

  • Comment removed

  • This video is ridiculous. These two people are the same person. Changing your name does not separate you from your brothers or sisters, you are merely dividing the house.

The "Jesus Follower" claims that Jesus befriended and included sinners and yet he is using sarcasm and is chastising this evangelical christian...What in this video makes him any better than the Christian?

Instead of focusing on who you aren't, focus on who you are and that is a child of God who is beloved!

    Mark 12:31

  • Christians are the only religious group who focuses most of their attention on correcting each other rather then seeing souls saved.

    Luke 9:

49 - And John answered and said, "Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we tried to stop him, because he doesn't follow with us."

50 - And Jesus said unto him, "Do not stop him: for he that is not against us is for us."

Stop majoring on the minors and let God complete the work He's begun in others.

  • Definitely will get you thinking.

  • If the 'Jesus Follower' believes that God is going to allow people to go to hell or be separated from him forever, then he is in fact the insane one, and should be telling people to turn or burn.

It is hypocritical and ridiculous that people believe in eternal torment and yet try to act as if they do not, and say things like "I will just be friends with sinners". That man holding the signs may be wrong about hell, but at least he is honest.

  • christian is to christ follower as gay is to happy.

  • I didnt say that you have to shove Hell down their throat like most fanatics, but how can you possibly lead someone to Christ without explaining WHY they should follow Christ/get saved, and what they are being saved from?? It's impossible. I think you get saved from Hell, and once you are SAVED, then you devote your life to God, and experience all of the joys of fellowship with Christ, BECAUSE of what He did for you.

  • @Arrowood43 you can't hide the truth because it might be a little scary.. You have to tell them the truth, and the Bible STATES that you WILL go to hell if you are not saved. That is something that is considered "scary", right? Our job is to lovingly warn them of the consequences of denying Christ. Do not hide the truth from these people, if you read your Bible you will see that God is CLEARLY not ALL about love! (however He does love us immensely) You are lying when you leave parts out..

  • @Arrowood43 So What saves you arrowood? Jesus or your faith in him?

Did Jesus take away the sin of the world? If so where did it go? Will all that died in Adam be made alive in Christ? Or is that not true? Forever punishment is no where in the bible and it certainly was not taught by Jesus. I would love for you to discover this as I have.

  • Jesus warned people that if they continue to sin they will be cast into the lake of fire. He clearly said that most of humanity will end up in hell.

  • This was kind of painful to watch. It wasn't nearly as clever or funny as it thought was or was trying to be.

  • it's sad when we cant grasp the fact the truth that Almighty God is perfect in all His ways. As His love for mankind is perfect so is His hatred of sin as perfect, Watering down the consequences of sin is not going to get anyone to face the truth that they are sinnners and that they are in need of a saviour.how can we know the truth unless it spoken as is. The word of God has its own way of accomplishing exactly what God wants it to accomplish. This truth came to make us free from bondage to sin

  • Turn or Burn is a scare tactic, in which I don't remember God, Christ or the Holy Spirit used to draw people near. If they did, then less people than there are now would come to Christ than we have now following Christ.

  • @rockypallo thumbs up for that. cause it is not about hell .. but instead it's about God's overflowing love and acceptance for all ..

  • @viyehl Wrong! Did you just breeze past all of the mentioning of hell in your Bible, or what? If you do not trust Jesus as your Saviour, you go to hell. -The Bible. Yes, teach in love, but STOP HIDING THE TRUTH! God does not accept all, He accepts His Son, and without Christ, you are basically doomed. God cannot allow sin to enter into Heaven, and the only way you can lose your sin is to trust Jesus Christ. Otherwise, Hell is in store for you. READ THE SCRIPTURES! :/

  • @Arrowood43NO i never said that we should hide it from people but read the Bible, especially the Gospel, God has drawn people to Him by healing them fulfilling their needs, delivering them from sin, and most testimonies of newly Christians weren't drawn to God just because they don't want to go to hell. "oh yea i'm gonna accept Jesus cause I don't want to go to hell" like really! it's more than that THE SCRIPTURES you were saying, mentioned LOVE, HEALING, ACCEPTANCE more than HELL

  • @rockypallo Exactly, the message should basically be "Turn"

  • @parkesc21 So when people ask you why they should turn, what will be your answer? We get saved FROM Hell. I don't like it when people lie to others. The Bible CLEARLY states that there is a Hell, and it's no place to go. We go there because we are innately sinful, and we need Jesus to be our mediator. Never hide the truth from people. But I agree that we should always teach in LOVE and in TRUTH.

  • @Arrowood43 Well, are you a Christian ever since you were a child? if you are its probably easier to you because you've grown in that faith, cause unbelievers they are sensitive it is hard for them to accept that, you are like feeding a solid food to a newborn child and in the world's perspective people only care about what is happening RYT NOW not afterlife I believe that we should teach them that after they Turn to Christ. not try to persuade them to go to Christ because they are going to Hell

  • @rockypallo

Jesus said unless you repent, you shall all perish. Which is exactly what he meant. I don't believed it a scare tactic, Jesus said who ever is ashame of the truth, so will I be ashame of them. But I believed this videos only focus on that perpective of street preacher preaching turn or burn which is stupid. I don't get why they're categorizing christ follower and christian in two different subject. Just do what you're commanded and don't be side track.

  • @CEOcutter I think that you meant "Whoever is ahamed of me, so I will be ashamed of them", or is it "Whoever denies me, I will deny them before my Heavenly Father, and whoever accepts me, I will accept them before my Heavenly Father". Anyway, to put it this way, we need God's help if we are to turn to him. Of course, if we reject him, then we will be condemned forever, but if we accept him and obey his commandments, then we will be eternally rewarded.

  • @rockypallo

I don't see your point in replying to me if you already knew that. What I meant was this videos is stupid.

  • @CEOcutter Thank you!

  • Judas was a follower of Jesus

  • @bhz I am not so sure, he loved money more I think.

  • Fantastic and True. More people need to accept the truth and search for reality, not Jesus.

  • So if you want to be saved, get a Mac. Windows users are all headed for perdition. Now you know.

  • Jesus did mention hell a few times, but (if I remember correctly) ONLY to people who were already religious, NEVER as a motivation to get people to follow him.

  • @kyleknapp2 YES

  • I don't know what you mean by "Christ Followers" being different than Christians.

You either have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, or you haven't.

If you haven't, then you're going to Hell - that's what the Bible says. Good deeds on Earth can never atone for original sin, and those who advocate silence instead of preaching the word of Jesus, practically serve Satan.

  • if you want to follow anyone who promotes non violence and peace, i would recommend ghandi

  • Good idea in lieu of the Westboro folks, unfortunately, saving through fear is also biblical.

Jude 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

    and

    Ezekiel 3:18

Don't mistake Christ followers for being "Cool Cats" either. Having the whole town crucify you when days earlier they celebrated you. Popular in this world = You chose wrong!

  • so this Video is saying that christian are not Jesus Follower? Wow!!! Please do some reasearch and find out what christian means there isn't Any differrence between christian and and a Jesus follower there the same thing !!!!!

  • Actually we christians aren't even like that. At least not where i go to church i was taught how loving he is i was taught how he is forgiving but yes i was also taught about how sin can get you sent to hell. And maybe some churches don't preach it enough. Those "christ followers" that cuss and have sex and drink and so on and so forth aren't really living for God so if your not gonna truly live for him why even learn about him?

  • Great writing/concept. The audio needs to be tweaked: better mic situation perhaps & the background music is a tad loud. Blessings.

  • Silly Jesus freaks, God is for twits.

  • @SGTChuck82 Jesus freaks, God is for twits? what makes you say that? and are you saying all religion is for "twits" or just the belief in Jesus?

  • @River101010 It's actually a play on "Silly rabbit tricks are for kids." You not getting that doesn't surprise me. Since this video is for Jesus loving Christians I felt it was appropriate, but you could just as easily substitute in Muslim and Allah, etc., etc.

Anyway you religious folks keep on fighting over which God is right and I'll just sit back and enjoy the holy war. Maybe you'll end up destroying each other. Then maybe those with logic and reason on their side can take charge.

  • Jesus is the god of damnation, less than a third of the human race call themselves christians, only a tiny fraction of them practice and only a tiny fraction of them practice the right kind and only a tiny fraction of them practice it to the neccessary degree.

  • @ArchhereticK No it's the God/dess of Trinity. Not Jesus alone. I think in the end, it depends on the persons attitudes.

  • @FinalSmashBrother That trinity is the god/dess of damnation. The person's attitude doesn't matter at all: only the arbitrary attribute of faith redeems, that's all that matters in the end. If you don't have the exact right faith you "deserve" hell: that's christianity.

  • @ArchhereticK But for the people who have not heard about Trinity God, or heard much of it, or why.

  • Jesus showed through his death that love is not a wimpy, passive-aggressive, wishy-washy, complacent or mushy and overly-sentimental. Rather through the crucifixion Jesus taught that love is a pro-active force, Godly, and resistant to evil. Not resistant as in mounting defense against persecution, but resistant in the fact that the utmost goal of love is the completion of God's will...to wit, JESUS PERSONIFIED

  • Great video! Reminds me of when I see "those people" in our Uptown carrying a big cross and a megaphone telling people they're heading for hell. WWJD? Jesus would NEVER do anything like what they are doing!

  • Christian is a Latin word for Follower of Jesus. It's the people's fault that name has been skewed and hated.

  • Jesus never minimized sin, or watered down the fact that if you continue in a sinful life style you will go to hell.

But He did befriend sinners and loved people.

there must be a healthy balance. Just do what Jesus did. He loved people and served people, but He also preached the TRUTH. Let's be real, but do it out of a LOVE for them. Just like Jesus loved them.

  • @jfitz1431 Well put! So many people try to eliminate Hell, because they don't like the way it sounds... We shouldn't teach in hate, but we also shouldn't hide the truth, because it's convenient for us.

  • @jfitz1431 ironic that he commited a big sin. deceiveing every religous nut into believeing his non-logical love. you cant love everyone, let alone your enemy. you christains are silly.

  • @lebronjamesXD yeah maybe we're silly in your eyes - but the Bible clearly states that eternal life is a gift given to EVERYONE who will accept it, so it isn't on any of us to decide that someone doesn't deserve that - or forgiveness.

  • @lebronjamesXD hmm. well I don't know about that. Because I certainly can love my enemies. It's not easy, but it's definitely possible. But you don't have to agree with me :)

  • @jfitz1431 easy said then done. i LOVE everyone because i love feeding my EGO! YAY GOD!

  • @lebronjamesXD oh it's super hard. very difficult. and i got a long way to go. I have so many issues that i need to work out in my life it's ridiculous. I have no right to tell anyone how to live their life because I am not perfect. I was simply stating what I aspire to become. And that's all that I think Christianity really boils down to. In my opinion. You shouldn't judge people when you know nothing about them my friend.

  • @jfitz1431 science has proven it? I seriously doubt science can prove something like that. lol. And Science can not disprove the existence of a god. Sorry it hasn't been done. And uh, I've never had sex with a child. And None of the so called "cult" members that I am acquainted with have either. Assumptions are unhealthy. I'm done replying to your comments. No ones mind is going to be changed by youtube comments anyway :)

  • @jfitz1431 you cant love everyone. sceince has proved it. so lets see, you have a 6000 year old book and we have proof. you want to talk about love? then tell the children of god cult to stop haveing sex with children in the name of "love".

  • I think I threw up a little in my mouth a little. Please stop loving people to hell. People walk away from your hokey lovey dovey stuff and do not realize the importance of salvation. Like listening to pastors like Joel Osteen and getting a little chuckle and finding out how great YOU are in this life now. People walk on eggshells now and are afraid of offending people.."who is Jesus to you?" Jesus is not a big purple dinosaur named Barney...I love you, you love me! He is the Son of God!

  • Comment removed

  • @blueskiesbeforeyou Hey man! So the definition for Monotheism is that there is one God which Christianity believes, that there is one God. The Devil is not a god and as such Christians do not worship him. So the distinction is this God is one God, there is none but Him. The Devil as stated in the Bible is a fallen angel... hope that helps clear up the monotheism question. Have a gooder!

  • I admire what the video poster is trying to do, but the comments seem to show it's a lost cause. Most Christians love their hell and don't want to let it go. It's no fun unless you can point your fingers at all the other people you think you're better than and say they're going to hell. They can somehow hold the thought of an all-loving god and a scary tormentor who will punish people with infinite torture in their heads at the same time. They're not filled with love - just fear of hell.

  • @duncreg You're right man, mainstream christianity has it all wrong...if you actually go to the greek and hebrew and earnestly study the scriptures you'll find that God is nothing like the world makes him out to be. He's not going to torture anyone forever. The fire & brimstone is symbolic...and there are soo many key greek words that have been mistranslated according to the wicked hearts of men...most of which had an influence from the roman catholic middle ages and various pagan religions

  • @ukatam I believe that Jesus never use the greek for 'unending' althought there IS one. He uses the word as a 'temporary' suffering...like the catholic stuff...? However I think its not more than fair that we must pay in some way...although I have had revelations from Jesus that he GRIEVES of the whole hell issue so that He is certainly not PLEASED! I asked of hell and only answer I got was a HUGE sadness like rocket in my heart so that I almost fell over. That scared me, no question about it!

  • Jesus was balanced in what He did. He didn't scare everyone off. However, neither did he partner in sins with others in order to befriend them. Activities were always done on His terms. Jesus taught of the ways of the Kingdom of Heaven, but also called out specific people as "snakes". Again, He was balanced. He's right though: no signs.

  • @RobertMOdell accutally He did scare people off. Read John 6:41- 70.

  • Someone needs to remind the "Christian" about Matthew 4:19 ... you cant be a fisher of men if you scare em all off.

  • Reminds me of those well-meaning Christians who would come to my campus with that "You Deserve Hell" sign and whatnot. I didn't feel like that was the best way to try and witness to people, but I didn't feel free to undermine his methods. I thought "Weren't the prophets confrontational too?" So I figured I'd be interfering with what God wanted them to do but I don't feel called to do that. I try to treat others kindly, but I don't know what else to do when they don't seem interested in God.

  • Jesus is so nice, If you don't beleive him 2000 years after he died he'll send you to a place of eternal suffering even if you were a good and moral person! Gee, now that's what I call justice! But who am I to question the almighty, and all knowing Cosmic Sky Jew?

  • Find out here what gospel did Jesus preached in His public ministry. its all about the Kingdom of God where He is King and we are to advance that Kingdom here on earth. its not Christianity, not religion but a government.

  • People don't realize that Christianity is a faith, and that christians are christ followers. There is on the other hand a christian religion also. Which is where Catholics, Mormons, JW, etc, would fall under. In the Christian faith people are Jesus followers, and in the Christian religion, people are Jesus fans.

  • Even though this is satire, the guy holding the signs reminds me of those fundamentalist douchbags holding those banners in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • What I dont like about Christianity or the Abrahamic religions is that follow me or go to hell bit. if god was all loving and forgiving he would love his creations no matter what and forgive them even for not believing in him.His love is conditional do what I say and follow my rules and I will bless. That is no form of love in any way.

  • its all about Jesus

  • As I grew up in the church ( the Lutheran Church) I heard again and again about the unconditional love of God for all. Then I noticed all the conditions, christians of most denominations place on peolple: belief in their creeds, being born again, having to lead a life filled with law..... Jesus came into the world to rescue all, he died for all, period! When we realise this we can love God with all our hearts and love others as best we can.

  • Comment removed

  • DON'T REALLY MIND THE VIDEO. BUT THIS ' JESUS FOLLOWER ' title is nonsense a JESUS FOLLOWER is a CHRISTIAN. Period!!! We need to stop trynna seperate and divide ourselves, its the same thing.

  • I don't believe in preaching damnation entirely, but it should be preached.

  • Christians and Jesus Followers are the same however, I think the point here is how the world sees a Christian. So often people who claim to be godly are pushy and inconsiderate. They are quick to judge and condemn people. Jesus didn't preach turn or burn. Jesus simply presented the Gospel to the lost and gave them the option to change. He didn't condemn. You will reach more people when you actually care about them as an individual rather than them as a number in your church.

  • Notice how they depict the Christian as NERDY while the JF is kind of cool! I know some people are not wise enough to pick up on that and that's how they play to the world using subtleties. What is biblical is the term "Christian" .. and I say if it was good enough for Barnabus and Saul to be called Christian, it is good enough for me... read for yourself: Acts 11:26... And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.

  • A Christian is a Jesus follower.

  • Ha! I love this video,Praise God

  • IT'S SAD THAT THE JESUS FOLLOWER DOESN'T KNOW THAT CHRIST PREACHED ABOUT HELL MORE THAN MOST ANYTHING ELSE. MATTER OF FACT THAT WAS BASICALLY HIS FIRST WORDS OF MINISTRY IN THE BIBLE. JESUS FOLLOWER READ YOUR BIBLE AND TAKE THE WALK SERIOUSLY.

  • @Dejavu12321 .... Actually I believe he preached about the POOR more than anything else, but who is counting. Thanks for the comment!

    -Paul

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS read your bible again my friend. he preached more about hell. and you are right, no one is counting. but you should read the book of romans. Here is what paul does, he exposes people sins in order to show them the salvation. how can u offer a cure to someone that does not acknowledge his illness. whether they are rich or poor, the problem of man is sin. So we have to present a full gospel: depravity of man and grace of God demostrated in Jesus dying on the cross for all sinners

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS In most cases it would be the poor in spirit, (see Matthew 5). There are some people who are physically poor and are plenty self-righteous. So to approach the Lord God we must be humble, broken over our sins in our hearts, as James say's (4:6). God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Hope this helps, preaching is hard it's balanced and got to be straight forward without being watered down. I would just say read from God's word and teach it. There's more to say.

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS i am a christian and i know that you cant just preach about the love and peace jesus gives and only the good things you have to preach about the bad things as well like sin and hell because other wise you will only missleed people and end up leading them to hell you cant forget that satan is out misleeding people we allready have all the people preaching about love and peaCE "THE HIPPIES" LET THEM KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THEY ARE NOT SAVED AS WELL. AND THEN PREACH HOPE.

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS I understand what you are trying to put out there and appreciate it.However I would say that repentance and faith were and still are his main objectives. The people he preached to(mainly Jews)had a great understanding of sin and a great distain for the weaker elements of society. So Jesus would receive the castaways but only if they acknowledged their sin and helplessness without him.Jesus is not a heavenly santa claus, who is there to solve all of our problems, he saves from sin.

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS actually, dejavu12321 is right.. the first words of ministry...well, after being baptized.. REPENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND..

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS he preached about hell more than the poor ;/

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS Ha! Awesome reply. I like you :)

  • @FFTPRODUCTIONS i don't think so. i'm not gonna sit down and count every single verse. but im going with dejavu and say Jesus made more references to hell and "weeping, gnashing of teeth", than he did poor people.

  • @Dejavu12321 YOU ARE RIGHT! Jesus Christ DID NOT come here to make "friends" He came to teach and to WARN and He came to DIVIDE, and when he returns He will COME WITH A SWORD! Woo Hoo! GREAT comment and TOTALLY RIGHTEOUS! This warm and fuzzy feeling message is a COMPLETE LIE... Stand up and be STRONG Christian! The Lord comes QUICK!

  • @Queenyinthehouse - He came to love and while that may not "be fuzzy" it is certainly not hard hearted.....He came not to condemn but to save...it takes real strength to love in a world filed with people who can't get their brains and heart around God's unconditional love for all, even his creation. This inablity leads to self-righteousness and eventually hate.

  • @bernhardkirt NO WAY! This little kick you got going on around here is a COMPLETE LIE because My Father comes WITH A SWORD! And YOU better get your BATTLE GEAR ON and FORGET about "love" message here because there is NO LOVE when it comes to SATAN. We CAN "love" EACH OTHER in HIS NAME .. BUT your message SHOULD be telling others to GET READY for some SERIOUS JUDGEMENT that comes NOT from my Father but from the EVIL ONE who uses messages like THESE to give FALSE HOPE and DECEPTION.

  • @Queenyinthehouse are you living in a freaking fairy tale? Grow up.

  • @Dejavu12321 he preached about money and the poor mostly, bro

  • @Dejavu12321 Not to be confrontational or anything but Jesus preached about the Kingdom of Heaven. I did a quick search and "hell" is mentioned about 13 times in the New Testament while the Kingdom of Heaven is mentioned closer to 40 times. Hell came into the picture a few times, but his main message was about the Kingdom of Heaven.

  • @TaekwondoSan Man, you have the exact count? If that's true, I can bring that up to the next person I see on my campus telling people they're going to Hell!

  • @Lavenderrose73 that's the beauty of the computer age you can do keyword searches and find out exactly how many times in the Bible it came up and where, in about a minute. I just wanted to do a quick comparison without bringing out the Strong's Conc
