  • really into it man, your an artist!!!

  • @Stoneacoustic Hi Rick, thanks, thats a great compliment. Hey, I really like your redition of "Love Will Keep Us Alive" Tim Schmit is from here in Sacramento, CA. so I always like it when his songs get out there more.

    JON M

  • Nice acoustic work, a pleasure to listen, keep more coming!

  • @EddieLastra Thanks Eddie...it's great to listen to you also

    JON M

  • Great performance my friend...THank you for sharing this...can you play "Kiss The Girl" from the Little Mermaid..?

  • @MrJazkiller

Oh that's a great song...thanks for the idea. I have this fun thing going where my 14 year old daughter comes up with the songs that I record. I'll suggest it to her but honestly I think she has something else in mind. Hey, thanks for checking in!

  • Great stuff, Jon! Love your approach and the sound you've pulled from the Ovation. I have one ... a little bit like it. :) Cheers, Brett K.

  • @Burgerman666 Thanks Brett, glad you liked it! Hey, that sound of those Tele pickups is thick and sweet....real nice. Good luck with everything...JON M

  • Amazing

  • beautiful playing Joh, keep rockin !

  • @PACARTNEY Thanks so much...i hope everyone gets over to your channel to check out your wonderful guitar work.

    JON M

  • do you do tutorials?? you really should , many guitarist only dream of playing like you.

  • @storminthesea thank you so much for the complement! I really do hope someday to have the time to put some tutorials together. I am a pick and fingers player with a heavy emphasis on picking out the melody over a rhythmic harmony. I hold a pick and use nails on my 2 middle fingers...like country chicken picking. If you go to my channel and look at my video of the Beach Boys' Surfer Girl you'll see more finger work and the pick doing the bass more. I can't imagine a more fun way to play.

  • Beautiful John

many thanks for sending it to us

    :-)

It's an Epiphone Broadway, built in 1950. It really sings, and it's so easy to play.

  • Thanks for sharing Jon! Added to the worldunitedmusicDOTblogspotDOTcom website under Acoustic videos. 8O)
