Don't miss this: Rusty Nail Revisited on Feb12 at 2:00 pm - Academy of Music. Back in the '70s and '80s the club of choice in the Valley was the Rusty Nail tucked amongst the tobacco fields of Hadley, For an amazing trip back we present Fat, Real Tears, the Mitch Chakour Band and members of Clean Living.
Finally found it! By remembering Jim Kaminski's name. Was looking under Alan Greenleaf. Only album I have thats older, is Johnny winter and Hendrix greatest hits
Misplaced your album.:-( Thank goodness for "You Tube" !! Just found your tunes today... Boy, it brings back memories of hangin' out with all of you. So happy to see that you are still playin' the tunes & creating those awesome sounds & beautiful lyrics....Is there another album coming up? Hopefully? :-)
I was lucky to have an uncle who was a DJ and also loved good music. I was born in '72, so lots of "his" music was before my time. I grew up with Motley Crue, Ratt, Poison, Bon Jovi, etc. Luckily, he turned me on to Fat, Savoy Brown, Molly Hatchet and the early Stones stuff. He was a big fan of the triple guitar attack, but a band had to have at least two guitarists to get him excited. Thanks Don. I still have my cassette tape with the two FAT albums. Missed the reunion show, but love em
Fat still plays around...Check out Sterns Square in Springfield, Mass...they do a show most every year with most of the original musicians.......Great song and post!!!!
Love this song and this album. Bought it in Woolworth's when I was a nipper. Lovely warm rock sound and great songs. Marred slightly by out-of-tune harmonica playing on one track - can't remember which one. Shape I'm in is a great song and also Sad Sunday. Whatever happened to em?
