Lets not forget the great STANLEY BANKS on bass! He played on most of Benson's hits along with the fantastic JORGE DALTO. I had the pleasure of seeing both Dalto & Banks backing up ANN JILLIAN in her NY cub debut back in 1980 at Reno Sweeney's Club in the Village - and man were they all sooo good! Ann is a terrific singer with a 3 octive range and and Dalto & Banks gave her excellent support. Thanks for this post - I loved it!
