Im a 20 yrs old arabian muslim guy who never been outside the middleeast but i know this;It doesn't matter who or what u're, everybody still can find the way the goodness inside of their lifes and other.And what islam is all about is admitting that Allah is the source of all the goodness and peace in the univers coz it's really the truth, Islam is all about admmiting peace and goodness to it's creature>Allah-God-ella etc are all stands for one God sent different messengers to different nations
