I have no idea what was said in this video, but drinking Natural/Cloudy Apple Juice is the way to go. The less processed, the better. However, even cloudy apple juice is processed. Best option is to make it how these Polish folks are, or buy a juice maker. I haven't bought one yet myself, but I really should.
