@hemantsood84. it all started with an eg mcmuffin several years ago that had an egg shell in it and gave me a gum infection (so painful) so I'm sensitive to paying attention to eggs. lol
THE RECIPE IS WRONG. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO RESERVE HALF OF THE EGG TO MIX IN AFTER THE RICE IS THROWN INTO THE PAN to give the rice that golden yellow coating.
@powersamoan THE RECIPE IS WRONG. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO RESERVE HALF OF THE EGG TO MIX IN AFTER THE RICE IS THROWN INTO THE PAN to give the rice that golden yellow coating.
@holkn This fool also says you need: carrot, celery, and corn. The pork fried rice you get from the chinese places don't ever have those things in them. It's yellow rice, lil cubes of pork, and I think some onions. (Not positive because I haven't eaten any in a long time.) THIS GUY IS A IDIOT WHO'S JUST MAKING UP HIS OWN RECIPE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO COOK THE REAL STUFF.
@powersamoan@holkn lol for one thing there isnt a definite way to cook anything, everybody cooks their own unique way, it would suck if a certain dish tasted the same everytime cause then it get boring lol. another thing, the taste and look you get in restaurants is a westernized version, its not the authentic way to cook it.
it is called pork fried rice -_- (pork fried) (rice) get it now? pork fried and rice, but they take out the (and) because it is common sense even if you don't have (and) on the name.
I tried this and it came out delicious. My previous attempts came out like porridge because I added raw eggs to the rice (duh!!) but now I've got it down. Thanks so much!
OMG'sh just made it & it came out tasting Delicious! Thank You & really easy to make. Once you prep everything it takes the same amount of time as this video!
OMFG! I just made the best rice ever..recipe : 1cup of rice 1/1 ratio 1 cup of rice 1cup of water.
1/2 cup chopped carrot yes, im using cup sizes :D1/2 cup pees doesn't matter canned or fresh. I used canned and came out great! Just make sure to drain em, and let em sit for a bit, to dry out a bit;d 1/2 cup onion 1/2 red pepper1cup of shrimp 1cup of scallops - bay scallops mini. fry veggies on high heat for 20seconds, add 2 eggs fry for 1m, add scallops shrimp, fry for 30second add rice fry for1m
did u see that hahaha i like al kind's of chinees kantonees foods , when he cracked the eggs in he left a peace of egg shell in hahaha , It so funny , check out master of fried rice its hillarious hahaha i laughed for minutes its ridicules how fast its kinda stupid even hahaha , But respect cuz the food is great!
Ever since I rode with a Sheriff's Deputy since thats what I want to be when I graduate high school and college he took me to the New China Restraunt and they have the best food there and they have pork fried rice and they put this sause on it called white sauce on it and they have good egg roles to
erm... actually. In my hometown, we make it differently. We usually fry the ingredients separately to bring all the flavors out. First fry the garlic with the vegetables and maybe chicken. Then wash the wok. beat the egg and fri half of the egg, add in the rice, then add the remaining half of the beaten egg, then the egg would be smooth and fluffy. finally Add back in the fried ingredients. and the seasoning.
I wish I was there taking in that wonderful smell, yummy looks good :-)... I have tried so many times to make it && it never comes out the way it should be... ANY hints... I cant seem to make the rice sticky!
dude kai your awesome i made this dish it was so good well this dish minus the corn cause i did not have any corn but it was still great and i loved it keep posting... next week ill make your sesame chicken yumm :D
this is good the only thing i dont be liking about most of your video is that you put EGGS IN ALMOST EVERY RICE......i dont rememebr egg being in the chinies fried rice i like
It's fine if you don't like eggs, but traditionally, Chinese fried rice recipes pretty much always have eggs in them. You can omit eggs per personal taste, but the tradition stands.
i'v been watching many video of fried rice with pork, i like the way u fry the rice, a little bit different from others, but i wonder, how come the rice look so brown???
That was good no rly i did this and i got the tai chicken by tyson from walmart target or any other grocery store should have them and it was the best !!!!
why am i torturing myself its like watching diners drive ins and dives at 4 o'clock in the morning when theres nothing open. and no food in the house. ugh
Dayum bro thats one awesome video thanks for making this!
i just woke up and wanted some food my mom was asleep so i watched this vid and skateboarded to the H-E-B PLUS and grabbed all the ingredients i wrote down and then went back home and made this with the other food i learned to make with teriyaki chicken!
i lets the porc fry a extra 5 min, just to make sure all parasite die, lol, yes good recipes thks,by the way i cooking this recipes right now all most done just need to add the rice and spices, thks now im gonna eat.
To clear the flavour of pork, just add 5 ml seasoning vine(15% alc./vol), a few shredded ginger, half a tspn of sugar, a tspn of (maze) starch powder mixed with 3ml water(to avoid sticky wok) and a tspn of soy sauce, marinade the blend for 20 min in cool place, then stir fried in wok with cooking oil, the pork would be much better than the unprocessed pork. The dosage's suitable for 200-300g of pork. Note: The seasoning vine/yellow vine may affect the breath test when driving.
a little black peper and salt can be added into the marinade in preparation if u wish, and the dosage of the flavouring ingredients could vary depend on tastes.
When stir frying the dish, drips of vinegar helps a lot too, that's optional. This kinda of preparation also applies to beef and chicken, a marinade sauce is also a substitute for this method.
Thank you for telling me about the spice I need. We don't have it in our small town but my daughter will look in her big town. I did find Chinese 5 spice and am going to try that tomorrow.
Thank you so much Margo, We have 3 Chinese buffets in Grand Rapids, MN but no Asian markets but I will have my Sister in Calif. get some. I am sure they have it there.
I have making fried rice for 50 years but have used cut up fine pork chops and now I will be able to get the right color.
I just discovered Utube and was so surprised to find people cooking my favorite Chinese food.
It's called Char Sui and it is a seasoning. It can usually be found in local asian markets in a package. It has all of the seasoning in it like the chinese 5 spice, star anise, etc...which all ends up turning the pork pink. If you can find it I suggest you get some and marinate some pork ribs and grill it. Use the leftovers for fried rice etc... You won't be sorry. :*)
I use Ah So brand marinade to get the color and taste for the pork in the fried rice. You can get it at most major supermarkets in glass jars nowadays in the marinade or international section of the store. Sometimes I find it in the meat section as well with other marinades. Delicious! :D
brilliant recipe, i made it a completly different way today, i had some left over pork from my roast dinner on sunday so i decided to use it as left overs, i was pondering on my thoughts and decided to look at a few recipes and this one it my favourtie, i will definatly use it in the future, thankyou very much

Awesome quick demo! Thanks so much! I'm making it tonight, excluding carrot & celery cuz don't have on hand, but including everything else & some onion & using my leftover pork tenderloin.
