  • THIS SONG WAS RIPPED FROM THAT ALIEN GAME...

  • @hemantsood84. it all started with an eg mcmuffin several years ago that had an egg shell in it and gave me a gum infection (so painful) so I'm sensitive to paying attention to eggs. lol

  • damnnnn im hungry

  • CERRERRY!!!.... Sorry man, its pretty damn funny. Anyways thank you so much for the instruction.

  • why is it that all these so call fried rice videos don't use beans sprout? isnt that also in the chinese fried rice?

  • i love pork fried rice i am chinese

  • Hmm theres a piece of egg shell in it.......

  • @pinkpantherchik18 how did u notice that

  • @pinkpantherchik18 i noticed that too!

  • THE RECIPE IS WRONG. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO RESERVE HALF OF THE EGG TO MIX IN AFTER THE RICE IS THROWN INTO THE PAN to give the rice that golden yellow coating.

  • in the begining that song is from alien hominid hahahaahahah funny chinese...

  • I just wanna give this guy a hug

  • at 2:18 when he cracked egg, there was an egg shell in there! lol he don't care eat shell & all! good video tho'

  • this aint no fucken pork fried rice! the stuff u get from the restaurants looks gold in color.

  • @powersamoan THE RECIPE IS WRONG. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO RESERVE HALF OF THE EGG TO MIX IN AFTER THE RICE IS THROWN INTO THE PAN to give the rice that golden yellow coating.

  • @holkn This fool also says you need: carrot, celery, and corn. The pork fried rice you get from the chinese places don't ever have those things in them. It's yellow rice, lil cubes of pork, and I think some onions. (Not positive because I haven't eaten any in a long time.) THIS GUY IS A IDIOT WHO'S JUST MAKING UP HIS OWN RECIPE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO COOK THE REAL STUFF.

  • @powersamoan @holkn lol for one thing there isnt a definite way to cook anything, everybody cooks their own unique way, it would suck if a certain dish tasted the same everytime cause then it get boring lol. another thing, the taste and look you get in restaurants is a westernized version, its not the authentic way to cook it.

  • Hola Kai, esto fue antes de comprar tu cuchillo especial que corta en segundos?

  • YOU ROCK I LOVE YOUR FOOD

  • erm... actually. In my hometown, we make it differently. We usually fry the ingredients separately to bring all the flavors out. First fry the garlic with the vegetables and maybe chicken. Then wash the wok. beat the egg and fri half of the egg, add in the rice, then add the remaining half of the beaten egg, then the egg would be smooth and fluffy. finally Add back in the fried ingredients. and the seasoning.

thanks for sharing , kai. :)

  • I wish I was there taking in that wonderful smell, yummy looks good :-)... I have tried so many times to make it && it never comes out the way it should be... ANY hints... I cant seem to make the rice sticky!

  • dude kai your awesome i made this dish it was so good well this dish minus the corn cause i did not have any corn but it was still great and i loved it keep posting... next week ill make your sesame chicken yumm :D

  • I fucking love pork fried rice. I love any Chinese pork ironically. I like your Bruce Lee pic lol.

  • i googled HOW THE FUCK DO YOU MAKE RICE and this is what i get. can anyone tell me how to make rice?

  • @goosengreen well my mom steams her rice in a rice cooker. idk how she does it though

  • @goosengreen one cup of rice, one cup of water, boil it till the rice soaks up all the water. it's like the easiest thing to make.

  • pigs eat shit! soak a raw pork chop in coke for a few hours and you will see the worms come out of the meat.

  • how to make the rice yellow or do you use yellow rice?

  • Dark soy sauce turns rice dark.

  • this is good the only thing i dont be liking about most of your video is that you put EGGS IN ALMOST EVERY RICE......i dont rememebr egg being in the chinies fried rice i like

  • eggs are in Most or All fried rice...so ya

  • well look at you sounding like you know everything well wrong the rice i like so much dont have eggs

  • It's fine if you don't like eggs, but traditionally, Chinese fried rice recipes pretty much always have eggs in them. You can omit eggs per personal taste, but the tradition stands.

  • o.k are you chinies?

  • Yes, I am.

  • ok then you are right

  • @chrisfail1 was that really necessary? Your mom shouldnt let you use the computer unsupervised.

  • Comment removed

  • ahh yum yumyum i want that rice!

  • this guy is known to cook with a little bit of oil, how he accomplishes this, i don't know

  • that's because he uses a non-stick wok...he says to use more oil if you don't have non-stick in the video =)

  • don't rush man, you have ten minutes for a video

  • OMG! just made it, its delicious!

  • this looks delicuis i have to try it

  • i'v been watching many video of fried rice with pork, i like the way u fry the rice, a little bit different from others, but i wonder, how come the rice look so brown???

  • soy sauce i'm guessing

  • The soy sauce is what he mentioned made the rice brown. Might be the amount of sauce he put in is more than the other you have seen.

  • @Sopheap855 its cuz of the soy sauce

  • Kai, you son of a itch... You said Garlic powder, not a clove you mofo! Jk looks goods :)

  • you could of taken the egg shell out lol :) nice job yaaammmmyy

  • your non-stick pan works really great! you make the best cooking videos keep it up kai!

  • Damn that's my favourite and he makes it look so easy but when i make it i'm sure i will burn the shit out of it lol

  • To clear the flavour of pork, just add 5 ml seasoning vine(15% alc./vol), a few shredded ginger, half a tspn of sugar, a tspn of (maze) starch powder mixed with 3ml water(to avoid sticky wok) and a tspn of soy sauce, marinade the blend for 20 min in cool place, then stir fried in wok with cooking oil, the pork would be much better than the unprocessed pork. The dosage's suitable for 200-300g of pork. Note: The seasoning vine/yellow vine may affect the breath test when driving.

  • a little black peper and salt can be added into the marinade in preparation if u wish, and the dosage of the flavouring ingredients could vary depend on tastes.

  • When stir frying the dish, drips of vinegar helps a lot too, that's optional. This kinda of preparation also applies to beef and chicken, a marinade sauce is also a substitute for this method.

  • this guy is sick respect

  • Nice work, i've been rockin this one a bit lately

  • Mike (me) Can Cook! I love your accent too..........Oh, and the music, Thanks..Mike.

  • Thank you so much Margo, We have 3 Chinese buffets in Grand Rapids, MN but no Asian markets but I will have my Sister in Calif. get some. I am sure they have it there.

I have making fried rice for 50 years but have used cut up fine pork chops and now I will be able to get the right color.

I just discovered Utube and was so surprised to find people cooking my favorite Chinese food.

I appreciate your quick response. Lilas

  • Does anyone know how to get the pork a redish color like the fried rice that I order?

  • It's called Char Sui and it is a seasoning. It can usually be found in local asian markets in a package. It has all of the seasoning in it like the chinese 5 spice, star anise, etc...which all ends up turning the pork pink. If you can find it I suggest you get some and marinate some pork ribs and grill it. Use the leftovers for fried rice etc... You won't be sorry. :*)

  • I use Ah So brand marinade to get the color and taste for the pork in the fried rice. You can get it at most major supermarkets in glass jars nowadays in the marinade or international section of the store. Sometimes I find it in the meat section as well with other marinades. Delicious! :D

  • brilliant recipe, i made it a completly different way today, i had some left over pork from my roast dinner on sunday so i decided to use it as left overs, i was pondering on my thoughts and decided to look at a few recipes and this one it my favourtie, i will definatly use it in the future, thankyou very much

  • Put your eggs first man

  • @noyontuulai actually the eggs usually go in second that is how i was tought like kai he pused the pork to one side....that is how most asians do it, tho i aint asian X)

  • That was great! Very appetizing :)

  • um are you lao?
