  • french hot hatches FTW!!

  • thats what happened in my 1.2 clio lol, 40 mph into a corner, back end straight out, luckily i recovered it

  • @Caltaz08 same!! theyre a bitch in the wet lol

  • how is that well held, a mogo could of held that, he was driving slow and your a cock

  • near miss~

  • So well caught, i bet your heart skipped a beat, that's what i love clio's for the back end is so dangerous haha, watched a few of your videos your a laffin driver mate

  • No need to say he's a bad driver really is there? Might just be me but it looks like you hit the drain on the inside of the corner not that he was going to fast just car got unsettled tbh you caught it pretty well.

  • Well held, I used to have a phase 1 172 and they get "interesting" in the wet. Will say though if your looking for lift off oversteer look for a 106gti/saxo vts, alot more lively chassis!

  • @172tomtom to right got a cheap ass saxo vts goes sideways silly easy in the wet

  • my brother had a 2000 1.4 sport and he cud put it sideways whenever he wanted lol might as well be rwd :L

  • are the back ends on these cups really that twitchy? that is frightening how easily that appeared to flip out after that corner! ive heard that the bonnets can just fly up on you also. am second guessing weather to getting one of these or not? i owned a mk1 1.8 16v clio and was probably the most fun ive had behind a steering wheel! that car kicked ass for a 93 plate

  • @jamiet16v no pal, he was unlucky there - bad surface ? loads of rear grip apart from when provoked.

  • You must of been sooooooo close to that oncoming car :O..Nicely held man. I binned my Clio 1.6 a few months ago in that kind of scenario. Didn't react quickly enough.

  • no wonder insurance is expensive for new drivers..because socalled experienced drivers do a lot crashing..

your taking a corner in a light small hatchback...with tiny tyres you cant do more than 20 mph on wet. and u cant be accelerating out of corners u avent got the grip.

  • Do you even know what a 172 Cup is? I wouldn't call the tyres "small".... a bog standard clio maybe. Also i think its you that'll be needing lessons from this guy after you've seen his videos noob.

  • your talking to someone whos been driving for 2 years and never crashed because common sense is applied. I dont do stupid shit like this...my older brother has a 182 cup unscaved....we dont drive like these chavs..

What lessons im a better driver and my crashless history proves it.

  • Chavs? LMFAO.

2 years experience? Well done. You've obviously got nothing at all to learn. Keep it up.

  • well according to stats i should have banged up my car a long time ago. because im supposed to take risks...I would have if i was 17 18. but im 24...its better i started driving late. my brothers mate failed his test 5 times and hes flipped a car and had 4 crashes he just turned 19....

i have a lot to learn. despite my loud music and hard pull offs at least i exert some self control and apply common sense and use signals and mirrors. my instructor thought me well.

  • lol... dont drive fast in the rain simple as (bends rain and corners dont mix)! lucky you didnt hit the guy on the otherside of the road!

  • I completely lost mine last weekend on a b road. 70 mph on the brow of a hill and the back went...span out completely and somehow missed everything...racing a williams. the 172 cup bites!...and i've found if its wet you might aswell walk.

  • I had similar thing in my 172FF, I wasn't even doing 30mph round this roundabout & the front just went. Felt like I was on ice.

  • That was almost certainly diesel, i had something similar the other day, lorry had crashed previous day into a hedge and spilled some fuel, It was actually like ice!!

  • thats nowt lol, today my mate span her clio right out on2 the side of the grassy verge cos the car in front suddenly braked hard lol how we neva rolled ova on2 the roof ill neva know, we wer both fine tho :-)

  • lol nice one, just avoided that oncoming car hehe.

  • You arrived at the corner too fast lifted mid corner = back end coming out

  • Excuse me? Care to expand on that?

  • Lift off oversteer.

Part of the reason it could have happened but i think there was possibly diesel on the road

  • @MarkCup70 you're right they can go so easily nearly to easily to the point they are dangerous !!! i bet the red car got a fair shock LOL my brother's clio used to be deadly for going sideways even on roundabouts at 30mph

  • You should know!

  • Fucking Hell Mark that was close...

you need some wets for these morning runs ;-)

    /y0z

  • Your a bit of a driver eh???

  • nice one i love :p nice and wet just what the cup is for

  • Appropriate comment mate :P
