  • thank god for brian epstien he made them who they were then and there still goin strong today idc if he was gay or not i have respect for him who knows what would ve happen if he didnt found them it a shame how he died

  • @BobDylanFan1966 yeah, we all respect him, but John didn't... you may know that John was at the beggining a "hard" man... he was a rebel, he was violent, we was a joker, he had a rare humor, a personality as hell,. At this time, John used to make fun of Brian 'cause he was homosexual, then he was one of the most peacefull men in the world.

  • "It's 'Love Me Do,' wanker." *tight smile on face*

That John... there won't ever be another like him. *sigh*

  • Awww Brian!! <333

And hearing John play that strawberry fields-esque tune, and in other videos he says the way he'll die is "probably popped off by a nutter" and then "if we're alive when we're forty, we'll come back" just freaks me out.

Sometimes I think John knew what was gonna happen to him, or with the Beatles and such. Or he was a time traveller. *shrug*

  • agh, Paul's such a babe ♥

  • Ringo's soo cute and gorgeous (:

I never really noticed it before until 1:15 (:

  • sahdsahdh RIngo's such a babe

and is that the beginning of Strawberry FIelds?

    HOLY SHIT

  • At 6:06, ladies and gents, John Lennon gives us the beginnings of "Strawberry Fields Forever"... astonishing, huh?

  • Indeed, three years in advance! That IS amazing. It kinda shows that ideas lingered on their minds for a while and eventually came out.

  • Holy shit that is Strawberry fields.

It is kind of astonishing that he had it in his mind the whole time.

  • strawberry fields was in liverpool

  • he's saying that John was playing that instument (spacing on the name) and it sounded like the beginning of Strawberry Fields Forever, even though that song hadn't come out for another 3 years or so

  • also the way he says "what" and what was the song playing at the end?

  • i just want you to know that we appreciate what the people of Britain have done for us! I LOVE the way he says Britain, done, and us! SO LIVERPOOLISH!

  • what is a whacker?

  • John actually called that radio guy a "wanker" in that part, but the radio guy misunderstood him and thought he said whacker. "Wanker," for those who don't know, is a pretty common insult in British slang.

  • strawberry field forever

  • I seriously cant believe he was playing that. lol

  • Danm ringo is so hot!! i love the beatles!!!

  • 5:03 paaaaaaaaaauulllll

lol i love how george says throat: 'troat'

    paul and ringo dancing :)

  • I love paul's swagger!

  • They r like soo cute' Haha George"Louder" n "We're goin now" The way he wispers it, too cute

    I'm feelin the Beatle Luv

  • 5:47: 'And the values are extraordinary.'

George: "I don't believe it!" lol!

  • When John starts playing that instrument (forgive me, I've got no clue as to what that is!) doesn't it sound kinda like Strawberry Fields?

  • thats exactly what it sounds like.john was weay ahead of his own time

  • Paul's hilarious at 4.06

and he looks amazing at 5.03... corrr!

  • I heard John playing a bit of Strawberry Fields. cool.

  • they are very cclose to what looks like the Dakota.

Lennon was watching over his death spot 16 years earlier, and he didnt even know it. very ironic spot for lennon to be standing

  • This is brilliant. It's behind the scenes. I'm so glad I've found this on YouTube!

  • i use to watch the end and think sadly : and so they're gone and everything looks so empty, and then comes Ringo : D

    lol,LoveThem

  • where's the next part?

  • Gah I wanna go to New York so bad JUST to stand on the exact spots they stood! When I was 10 I sat on the giant Alice in Wonderland mushroom in Central Park, but on the exact spot where Jimi Hendrix sat. And I didn't even know that till just recentley!

I love how Paul screams "YEAHHH!!!"

  • Weird, this tune John plays on the melodica at 6.10 sounds very much like the intro on Strawberry Fields (67)

  • Yeah he was already working on it at the time! Maybe he had this tune on his mind but it only became a song later

  • Paul used to play "Blackbird" in pubs LONG before he ever recorded it for the White Album.

And he wrote "When I'm 64" when he was sixteen years old.

And the Beatles used to jam to "Junk" whenever but they never recorded it.

I expect they had millions of incredible songs that we never ever heard.

  • It's so cute when Paul says goodbye to everybody in the room at the end, lol! I love him.

  • they are so cute "over here beatles!"

ringo and paul are so cute and i love it when they dance together

    6:06 is strawberry fields!

ringo singing in 6:31 is so cute!

and i love when paul is saying "see u" to everyone and ringo is late!

  • 6:39 i love the way paul gets annoyed with george and just gives up.

  • The Beatles drink Coke, but Paul has a Pepsi radio... :D

  • That part where he has the Pepsi radio, at

    1:30, I have that as a picture!

  • Epstein: Gayest walk ever from 2:31 - 2:33 !

  • 6:40 is so funny.I love the way paul just gives up on george in the end.

  • They are all just too funny

  • 5:15 - John's laugh after George says "How's your troat?" (JOHN'S A SWEETIE!)

  • I LOVE JOHN LIKE MAD!!!!!!!!!!HE'S SO CUUUUUTTTEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

From: A 13 year old Beatles/JOOOOHNNEEE crazy person!

  • back off bitch he's mine!

    (joking)

  • When was the last time anyone was truly excited about a musical act like this?

  • aren't the parts missing because it's Ed Sullivan? copyright stuff and all that.

  • 'in FACT ladies & gentlemen..for the continuity of the film i'd lyk to reintroduce the radio..' ahahah

    paul+radio=total love

    ringo: IM SLIPPIN!!!!!!!!! lol

"love me do, whacker......WHACKER THE K!"

    "Me troat's fine now..hows yours?....prove it."

omg this happened 45 years ago TODAY!!! just realized that. happy anniversary boys!!

  • Paul loves his radio lol its always with him in these videos :P

  • wheres 4-8 of this?

  • That's a goood question.

  • woah! john's playing strawberry fields :D :D

  • you're right!!!!!

  • i looooove 4:06!

dude, paul is hilarious on camera (:

  • haha good luck boysssss. love ringo

6 20 i believe...john is playing the breakdown of strawberry fields...just messing about! amazing that he discovered it then...and again a few years later.

  • 6 02 john starts to play the breakdown of the intro to strawberry fields. funny how something amazing comes out of nowhere...and came back to him again a few years later.

  • Oops! Sorry to duplicate my comment on my other account! I love this video post series so much! Thanks so much for posting it!

  • WOW! Listen carefully to John on the Melodica from 5:59 to 6:19! It appears as if John is unwittingly creating the beginnings of "Strawberry Fields" for a later date! Seriously! Check it out! Am I wrong? Maybe he kept playing those chords for years until he finally did something with it!

  • 0:45-0:48!!!

    god john your so hot!!!

    wooo take off your shirt

    lol just kidding!

    [or am i]

    hehe

    long live the beatles =]

  • Let's never underestimate the importance of Brian Epstein's role as manager in the Beatles history. With out Brian's guidance in those early days, they may have never achieved their

phenomenal success. Brian died way, way too young, but the legacy, that he helped launch

    should never be forgotten!

  • person- can you do it once more?

    ringo- well, i havent stopped

    ah, love them ;]

  • It is good to see footage of Brian Epstein in action. Precious!

  • from 4:10 to 5:00 i learned so many new phrases. "love me do whacker" whaker(i'm not sure if that's what he said) i really love them, i really do.

  • He said "wanker".

    Murray just heard him wrong.

He obviously didn't get what the word meant, so they all laughed.

    LOL

  • Murray the K grabbed on to the Beatles and figured himself as the fifth Beatle, however as you can see, they all saw him as a whacker,

    well put John.

  • When john played the harmonica thing, it sounded like he was playing the intro to Strawberry feilds.

  • I have this documentary, and I must say, good

call, I never noticed until you pointed it out, very good, must be a huge Beatle fan.

  • hahaha i was thinking the same exact thing... alittle foreshadowing

  • Nice catch! And it was Paul who came up with the Mellotron intro even, it was probably just one of a million musical ideas bouncing between their shared subconscious during those magical years...

  • i noticed that too, i was gonna post it but you beat me to it

  • HE WAS! He had the melody in his head for awhile..it awesome isn't it?

  • cuties

  • lmao ringo says

    "im slipping"!!1

  • John, Sexiest voice EVER 4:41.

  • THEY R SO CUTE

  • "love me do, whacker."

i loveeee john so much. :D

and paul with his radio.. and ringo dancing to it.

i dont think it gets any cuter than that. <3

  • ha ha paul and ringo dancing and pauls lil announcement about the radio ha it makes me laugh(it looks cold too)i have soo much to say bout this one part but i am just gunna say CUUUUUUUUUUTE

  • George was really a shy Beatle.

    and the cutest one.

  • it's cute how paul says "see you" to everbody in the room :)

  • That thing john plays 6.00 he is play the begining of strawberry field

  • can someone tell me what george says or the name of the song at 3:14

    PLEASE SUMEONE!!!=]=[

  • please please me

  • the song was Please Please Me.

but i don't know what he said.

  • hi! the song is "please please me" and, i think, george says (mouths) "we're on here! this is us! we're on the radio!" or something along those lines. i'm pretty positive about the "we're on here" bit. hope i helped! :P

    LOVE PAUL AND THE BEATLES!!!!!

  • thx!!

  • if you listen to john playing that mouth organ at around 6:10, it sounds a little bit like strawberry fields!

  • love me do, wacker! xD

  • lol, i love when ringo starts singing i want to hold your hand and then he starts laughing.

  • i love paul's nervous twitch

  • when?

  • i dont think that ringo went the wrong way i think he went to give his girlfriend/fiansay(depends on what time. they might have been engaged still)a goodbye kiss before there preformance. lol

  • lol love how ringo goes through the wrong door at the end...so funny

  • Oh my Gosh I've never seen this much footage of Brian before it's fantastic!!! He's so endearing!!!

  • omg @ 7:25 Ringo went the wrong way!!! good times...

  • Ringo went to get an umbrella at the end.

  • Priceless thanks for uploading it!!

  • notice @ 6:50 Paul , George and Ringo are screwing around and John walks in they all suddenly stop; attests to the fact that he WAS the leader and commanded their respect, interesting to watch....

  • I always thought that Paul was the Big Cheese. That is the reason for John's obsession with Yoko. She made him feel important, put him on the pedestal he thought he should be on, pitted him against Paul and told him how wonderful he was. Not to say he wasnt the best, but I don't think he thought he was

  • Wow ya now that you point it out I can totally see that. Cool.,

  • Rest in peace Brian, John and George. : D

Oh lawd this is gold. Thank you so very very much for uploading this.

  • "for the continuity of the pic-TCHAH I would like to reintroduce the radio"... pauls the cutest!!"it sounds like Breakfast at tiffany's"
