I tried with acrylics and didn't get THAT result. I have the feeling that it is a combination of techniques w/ oil paints maybe....

I'd like to know what kind of paints/inks she is using. Not all will float on the water.
Her work is wonderful, and the way she arranges the pieces of wood (with parts of marbled patterns on them) is great.

i guess its a pretty long-standing technique that's being rediscovered these days?

i find it interesting that she uses the same technique some people use to get marbled nail polish
