u kinda do this in wrestling but instead of hitting the rib cage with your shoulder its ur face and then u grab behind the legs and u pull and they will go down pretty easy

MMA cannot be classified as a martial art. Don't get me wrong, just listen.

MMA could be a mix of different things. 2 and above. So for a person, having learnt 2 is already classified "MMA" (Mixed martial arts). Common MMA-styled arts are that of SANDA/SANSHOU. I can mix TKD with some outback asian stuff "Muay thai" etc and call it MMA. But this video isn't clear. It should be something like "MMA-Sanda" or "MMA-Kickboxing & Krav Maga" etc

That is most likely the reason. Sure, many of these moves are incredibly useful but if you don't know what you're doing (like most people won't) you can seriously hurt someone or yourself.

I once used a muay thai elbow strike in a school fight. Broke his jaw, actually. Thats also effective.

Also my friend who has been training Judo for a year and a half, tried to throw me with the Uchi mate or what its called, but it didnt work, cuz he wasnt in right location and stuff. Thats why people say its so hard. But OMG i like spinnin back kick, actually used that in the same combo as the elbow finished.
