  • Go get some peroxide and a band-aid for crying out loud. I have had much worse from, way more than four little puncture wounds. It's not a vampire cat, it doesn't have venom. Quit whining over a little scratch.

  • People are so weird.

  • I would have thought the P was making it all up to,but a similar thing did happen to me years ago when i was bit by my hamster, within 2 hours my whole arm had swollen up,the infection had spread in to a main artery and within 8 hours i was laying in hospital with all sorts of IV stuff hooked up to me,i was in there for about 3 weeks from just a little bite :S..this was on Christmas eve just to make things worse lol

  • That cat needed to be sworn in too, you know how cats just lie All the time!

  • The P. is full of SHIT.

  • You must watch out for cats and there venom it's very bad to have cat venom running through your veins you must go very quickly to a doctor so they can give you anti-venom or you will die a horrible death

  • There she is the Neurotic drama Queen Plaintiff she needs a medal after all the horrible abuse she took from the killer cat that could have killed her poor little drama Queen

  • Cats don't jump up on a person and bite. She would have to be holding the cat or putting her hand near it. If a cat is angry it will swat with claws. Bites are usually playful or she's have to have her hand on the cat for it to bite in anger. But they don't jump on on people and bite. They just don't do it. That cat would have to be rabid to do something like that. The plaintiff is lying.

  • Ive had a cat bite me in my palm, as the teeth punctured the skin, i could hear this crunch sound. And blood poored out. I immediately cleaned it and bandaged it. No infection, no issues, except i still have a scar.

  • As soon as the P said the word "venom" I would have dismissed her case.

  • I had my cat on my lap while watching this. The moment the plaintiff walked in, she hissed at the screen, swatted it, and ran off. That is one smart kitty!

  • Cat poison....Very venomous shit.

  • Cats do NOT have venom. They are not a snake. This Plaintiff lady is completely psychotic. And an infection would NOT happen THAT fast. What a loon

  • Even a tiny cut on the back of a hand can be very painful, and cat bites often include rotted food that's stuck between their teeth which can create a reaction similar to poison.

    Even so, this is weird.

  • so... she felt the bacteria within seconds? I'm kidnapping her and selling her to the CDC.

  • some people should be locked up in rubber rooms and never breed.. the Plaintiff is one of those.

  • Anybody else creeped out by both women?

  • @RunNJump101 In traditional etiquette, women are supposed to wear hats. Men show respect by uncovering their heads; women show respect by covering theirs. The rule is largely obsolete. but even if it's not required anymore, women wearing hats is never improper.

    Crazy cat ladies are crazy.

  • Cocaine is one hell of a drug

  • Sorry, but I couldn't stop laughing after hearing about the cat poison.

  • They should have put the plaintiff down at the hospital. I would call her fucking insane, but she is way beyond that.

  • Well I do understand that the cat bite was painful. I've been bitten on the wrist by a cat and I could hardly move it because it hurt so bad.

  • lmfao XD "the venom was spreading"... damn poisonous cats...

  • The D looks like a throwback from the 30"s.

  • When you're a crazy cat lady, it's good to NOT dress like a crazy cat lady, when you go to court...she looks like Mary Poppins!

The P is afraid of her own shadow! It is the P's own fault if she didn't clean her bite properly to get a staph infection, which is probably what it was...

  • This...cannot be real. Is this lady fucking serious? Lol. Cat bites are not worth 1 dollar, much less 5 k for pain and suffering. My cat bites all the time, I just call her a bitch and shake it off.

  • @RunNJump101 this is ithe people's court. not an ordinary court.

  • why does D needed to rent out the P?

  • those women behind the D were hiding their laughing

  • O_O

  • @RunNJump101 Right. Men can't wear hats, so why can a woman? And bring a pet?

  • @Blade10201 She could have cancer or alopecia, I suppose.

  • @Blade10201 When I was younger I was told to always cover my head. Society is weird.

  • The defendant reminds me of Amanda's mom in She's The Man.

  • I pity the plaintiff's son - having to endure his mom's endless rants about dying from random bites.

  • wtf any vet will tell you how serious a cat bite is!!! come on people! Ask any vet and they'll tell you that a cats bite is one of the most serious injury's you can get working in an animal hospital.!!! well if you didn't know now you know, The only thing is that cats have to be Really Agitated or really Scared to bite you that severely

  • damn her son walked in there with the face like he was bout to do sum damage.

  • both of these ladies are insane

  • BTW it's called a fucking allergic reaction. I'm pretty allergic to cats and when one bites me that part of my body does swell up. Give this bitch a zertic and a xanax

  • A cat bit her so she went to the ER?! I am embarrassed to be living in this country.

  • @AndreaManion Well cat bittes can be dangerous, especially if it's a stray. I LOVE animals and tend to pick up strays because I seeing animals on the street kills me. And i did bring in a pregnant cat once and she did bite me and she bit me pretty deep to where i could see my vein through the puncuture wound and it ended up swelling so i went to the ER and had to get antiobiotics. I kept her until she had her kittens, I kept one and gave them homes :) the mother got one as well.

  • It should be called "Wackey vs Wackado".

  • My goodness. Now it's not exactly true that a cat bite can't be serious, but it's not like it's that hard to take care of. (If the cat is healthy and everything.) It's not as horrible as she makes it sound. Just go to a doctor. You won't die. She's crazy. Also, I love the "venom" comment.

I would comment on the hat and bringing a cat to a courtroom, but this isn't exactly a normal courtroom.

  • wow a littler overeacting on the whining, wimpy plaintiff! Holy gawd, what would the court system be like if everyone sued over a cat/dog bite (not a serious one) like this dingus! I can't stand listening to her bellyaching over this! "when I got to the emergency room they said it was extremely serious" OMFG, people actually had to wait with serious injuries while this crybaby got treated?! ABSURD! Absolutely LUDICROUS!

  • It is actually true that a cat bite can lead to a very serious, life-threatening infection. It spreads quickly and can cause septicemia, thanks to a bacteria that lives in the animal's mouth called Pasteurella multocida.

  • cats have venom?

  • Crazy cat lady with the hat to prove it.

  • both of them completely insane....

  • Both of these women are batshit nuts!

  • What kind of person would let a cat go without food or water for 18 hours. The renter sure puts herself out as inhumane for not at least, watering the cats. I don't believe her at all. The lovely cat in court wasn't showing any sign of aggression at all. She had to be putting her hand out to the cat, to the point where the cat felt threatened and bite her out of fear, rather than aggression.

  • death from a cat bite on the hand lol

  • Neurotic Plaintiff. Weirdo Defendant. The only normal one is the cat go figure lol

  • @mszsu the cat's not normal...it has venom O_o

  • Shouldn't Douglas have said, all parties raise your right hand... or paw?

  • Also, it wouldn't surprise me if she insisted people pronounce her last name as Beaudaaayy.

  • LOL she looks like she came straight from the Royal Wedding.

  • cats pur, a) they're happy, b) to calm themselves down when they're nervous. Poor cat, he's freaking out :(

  • shouldn't the low life defendant remove her hat in a court room?

  • @seka1986 No. A woman's covering/hat indoors, even a courtroom, is acceptable etiquette (as long as it's not a sloppy ballcap or such).

  • the cat wasent trembling the woman was shaking

  • @zombieinajar wrong, the cat is shaking.

  • Wierdo defendant.

  • Oh boy, you're going to bless the court with your expertise of taking a look at it? You fucking psycho bitch!

  • Would you take a look at Jackie O? Someone get her to the Ritz, pronto!

  • What a fucking joke the defendant is.

  • My cat has bitten me quite a few times, and I am still alive lol. The plaintiff is deranged.

  • @RunNJump101 Since they need the ratings. Hah hah.

  • i used to have the sweetest cat who loved people so much that she would sit on people laps no matter what they were doing. if she liked the person enough she would rub her face against their hand and sometimes she would nip their fingers (we looked this up online and it is out of affection) sometimes when people were shocked, they would say she bit her but it didnt hurt. i got used to it quickly and basically ignored her when she did this if i was busy.

The plaintiff sounds anxious all the time!

  • I have a brown/white/black shorthair female cat named Tinkerbell. She is four years old. When she tries to bite my hand or toe, I take either the hand or toe away from her mouth. It proves that some cats can bite aggressively.

  • The venom...

    LOL

  • Bloody hell woman, GROW UP!!!!!!!

  • A little shampoo on the plaintiff's hair would go a long way.

  • Used to have two old spinster aunts. These two are really typical. Nice hat, BTW.

  • So did Twiggy bite her? Cause if it was another cat and the lady brought Twiggy... crazy o.O

  • crazy cat lady xD

  • Plaintiff is crazy

  • I'm surprised they even let this bitch on the show. Cats can be violent, but even without insurance a garden variety E/R visit will run $1000, more for serious injuries. That cat is so cute. IT doesn't even move or get scared, it just sits there so quietly.

  • i saw this bitch at johnny rockets today she denies it's her after i showed her the video

  • @VinniAlbanese was it in New York that you ran into her?

  • @CRAZYJ10ify yea haha

  • @VinniAlbanese Doesn't she work at a Shoe store?I thought I saw a clip on the RHONY and she was on there. It has to be because that face is hard to forget.

  • some people are overly dramatic and can't handle a little accident.. now a dog bite might be more traumatic but the cat I doubt was anywhere close to acting like a pet cemetary cat.. come on now!

  • @aatorres5 Pet cemetery cat! Hahahahaha.

  • Bitch is nutts. 5000 for a cat bite. She should be beaten with a canoe paddle.

  • Bitch is nutts.

  • Man eating venomous cats, run, OMG!!!!!

  • 5,000 dollars for getting bit by a cat? wow...

  • 5,000? My dog bit my brother and he got a smack for annoying the dog!!

  • holy shit plaintiff take a chill pill

  • fuckn doctors should get fired, look what they did to the lady

  • Sorry if I ruined it for everyone, but the plaintiff really, really pissed me off!!!

  • Cats cannot even break the skin let alone give a scab

  • @fasulia67 Not true. =.= I've been mauled by a cat before on my leg. I had to go to the hospital to get a shot for the infection.

  • @AnnieVampire13 well i guess im used to it or somthin

  • @AnnieVampire13 Did you feel the venom going through your leg?

  • @fasulia67 Seriously, do you have a cat? I have scars all over me from my cat biting me. She was a real bitch but it was mostly my fault for teasing her lol

  • @sauceykat im used to it an begging ur pardon cos i should of said cat bites cant cos i used to allow my cat to maul my hand and the bitng has never pierced me

  • @fasulia67 you're lucky then, because I have scars all over my arms and even my face. When my cat was a kitten, she would randomly attack us (like flying leap at our faces). Fortunately, it got better when we declawed her front paws but I still have scars from her bites. I still miss her though, she mellowed out big time when she got older lol. She even scared a 300lb realtor out of our house once :-D Always moaned & hissed at strangers & bit their feet too lol

  • @sauceykat to discapline a cat u shoud pick it up, look it straight in the eyes and tap it on the nose

  • @fasulia67 Yes, you are totally right! I used to do that to her as a kitten but she'd just hiss and moan and then bite me later. LOL. I told ya she was a little bitch. But she was pretty awesome in a badass way. As she got older, I (and only I) could do whatever to her and she'd let me. Nobody else. I dunno, I just learned to appreciate her weird personality. She was half-tabby (sweet) and half-abbyssinian (EVIL). :-)

  • @sauceykat my cat just leaves the house when guests come over and comes back when their smell has gonelol

  • @fasulia67 Heh. Ours was strictly indoors so we didn't have that option lol

  • @sauceykat well i feel sorry 4 u cos since my cat was a kitten we never had to use a litter box except when we go on holiday cos she does it outside and we never see it

  • @fasulia67 lol yeah, well, that's kind of one of the reasons why I hate outdoor cats, because they shit all over the place and nobody (obviously) picks up after them. At least with indoor cats, they're cleaned up after. But I do agree, cleaning a litterbox is gross and man does it smell bad. Probably why I won't get another cat. At least my dog can crap on a rubber mat & I can flush it down the toilet lol

  • @sauceykat no cos cats like to dig a hole and bury there business

  • She got a tetnus shot for a cat bite? WTF? Why would a doctor give someone a tetnus shot for a cat bite? Will somone please tell me?

  • @snake189921 because any deep puncture wounds can be susceptible to tetanus. It is a bacteria that survives well in a oxygen lacking environment, like a deep in a puncture wound.

  • @Malagor01 Thanks for the answer. I guess what I meant to say was have you ever, in your lifetime, heard of a cat giving someone tetnus? I never have. Am I the only one?

  • @snake189921 I have, but it is rare. Tetanus can be found in the intestinal tracks of animals. It would probably be more common if tetanus vaccines weren't pretty much standard like they are now days.

  • @snake189921 Since the plaintiff didn't have insurance, she would have had one hell of a bill for the ER and didn't have the money. I think she hurt herself and needed a tetnus shot, but since she didn't have the money, she blamed the cot. A couple of the puncture wounds were too deep for the cat to make, and I think she did some of the damage to herself to make the cat look responsible. I don't know for sure, but that's my guess!

  • @snake189921 One more thing: if the cops took the defendant's side, after the plaintiff called the cops, wouldn't that tip off the judge as to how messed up and baseless the plaintiff is? I'm sorry, but for a cat bite, someone is not hooked up to IV drugs for an entire day! I mean, come on. The judge probably gave her some money so she would leave the defendant alone! Not a fact, just my opinion.

  • ...what?

  • Only a crazy cat lady would know the exact age of one of god knows how many cats.

  • @Charagrin if u register ur cat they will keep track how old ur cat is

  • "Cats hadn't been fed...." Why the hell didn't you feed it? Seriously. The landlady telling you not to interact with her cats is pure bull.

  • Batty cat lady.

  • A dangerous cat would not be that mellow in a crowded room, or willing to be handled, which is why the defendant brought her in, I think.

  • she does look like a cat lady the defendant there lol

  • To be fair, cat bites can be dangerous but only if you get Cat Scratch Fever or Tetanus. I think she was advised (as would be responsible) by the medical staff of the risks and symptoms of both illnesses but being the nut job she is she heard 'You have these diseases'.

  • @3axim Exactly!

  • LOL Seriously what is wrong with this women :/ Both are creepy ...

  • i hate when people unnecessarily bring animals into the courtroom. like are we going to hear the animal's side of what happened? is it a witness?

  • @mysteryguy1201

sometimes they want to show that the animal is harmless

  • The Queen of England had entered. -everyone bows-

  • what venom it s not a snake . lol!!!!!!!!

  • @jory182 Queen of England... you mean Queen of the UK and the Commonwealth right? There hasn't been a Queen of England since Queen Anne! :)

  • wow

  • wow

  • She's a wimp... yes, cat bites suck, but they won't kill you.

  • @indigothecat I have had cats all my life. Never have I been bitten. I know personaly of only one case of cat bite. Considering what she was doing to the cat, if it was me I would have bit her too.

  • The announcer is a moron.

  • @ankimo1 Kurt? He's a smarmy douchebag.

  • Weirdo, who the hell brings the bloody cat to court and wears a bloody hat. I thought you weren't allowed to wear a hat in court as it is disrespectful to the judge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @1969lindamarie I agree with you! In Judge Judy's court, she dismissed a woman's case when she refused to remove her hat!

  • @1969lindamarie better yet, who uses the word "bloody" twice in one statement?

  • I've been bitten by cats and nevr had that reaction, fo course, she could be allerigc but still. The one time I was bittne by a shih tzu, it was some of the worst pain I have ever had in my life, my hand was swollen and useless for a week and I sued and won a bit of money but not near what the pain was wirth, plus the owner was so nasty and cruel I would sue him for 25000 if it happened today.

  • if she wants to cry, just cry ... don't try to hide it, it's irritating

  • Cats venom is deadly

  • @SmileChicky You're right. She absolutely did the right thing by going to emergency right away.

  • @SmileChicky The real danger is the cat going to sleep on your face. That happened to a guy I knew. Next day a kitten exploded out of his chest.

  • @SmileChicky LOL it's true. They proved it. Toxoplasmosis causes crazy cat lady syndrome! :-)

  • The P: is nuts!

  • @34stzoo I think she may be a bit, but the defendant is a crazy lunatic cunt. The hat doesn't help either.

  • There is no way that her hand swelled up that fast. How many times have folks been bitten by a cat and not had a problem. Note how she touches three spots on her 2 puncture wounds.

  • She shouldn't show her pussy one national t.v lol

  • bet the defendant has a cat in that hat!

  • defendant has a long ass name

  • being in suffer my ass, wait till my m8 farts you'll die, doesent mean i fucking sue him for it?

  • is that Sarah palin in disguise

  • @moneyjr1122 LOL, yeah she looks just like her!

  • what a stupid hat

  • I find it ridiculous people bringing their pets into the court room, a video of the animal would serve the same purpose. The woman who was bitten is completely unbalanced.

  • a fat cat named "twiggy"

  • OH THE CAT IS SO CUTE! :3

  • @BrokenSp00n Which is more than can be said for either plaintiff or defendant :)

  • cat lady vs hypochondriac...epic!!!

  • some people need to be treated for the severe disease called STUPIDITIS

  • Comment removed

  • the defendant speaks like sarah paliin,,,must be her hero..hehe..

  • Damn that chick looks nutty as squirrel shit

  • I would choose the cat over that skinny wierdo as well, That is a nice hat NaggoyaJoe2002

    :o)

  • I have been bitten by a cat before (kitty didn't want a bath lol) and I was left with not two but FOUR puncture wounds. A cat would have left more than one or two puncture wounds. PLUS, it doesn't add up that the wounds were so far from each other. A cat doesn't have that large of a mouth. And besides, yeah my hand swelled up too but all it takes is some Neosporin and a band aid for a couple days and you're all better. Sheesh!

  • peoples reaction funny

  • id fuck that hat

  • Is that hat from the Dr. Seuss collection?

  • God that is one ugly motherfuckin' hat

  • You can die from a sliver.

The lady is not exaggerating about the seriousness of some infections. Infections can take on a life of their own. Something as innocuous as a sliver that is not removed can create an infection, and it is not the sliver, but the resulting infection that can kill you. 999999 people out of 100000 will not experience that severe or life threatening a reaction but that still leaves a large number of life threatening infections that can result from minor injuries.

  • what the fuck is wrong with people...

  • The plaintiff is fucking crazy, but the fucking cat lady is just fucking crazy too.

  • Plaintiff is crazy!!!

  • That is a sweet looking...the plaintiff is nuts
