look there is no guarenteed way to win tic tac toe, the game is about logic, if it is played logicly by both players then no-one can win, the idea is to think ahead, this trick demands that they move anywhere but the centre, so it isn't a guarentee and could easily be spotted by anyy player who is willing to think ahead
