I am having a problem with Mozilla firefox PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey did you find the right way to fix it because I have tried and tried and yet I ca't seem to fix it. SO... can someone please write one that works with VISTA and preferably doesn't involve uninstalling because my computer won't allow me to do so. Please HELP! It would be MUCH appreciated :)

Yeah I did. You Have to run the install wizard as administrator and run the program (for the first time) as administrator

what you have to do is uninstall it than when you are about to open the installation, you have to right click and click run as administrator. than after it is installed (make sure you un check the box that says "launch firefox now") right click on the new icon and hit run as administrator again for the first time opening it

@sportsfan1100 I uninstalled it, ran as adminstrator on setup, ran as administrator when I opened firefox and it still didn't work.

I have figured out the problem you will have to run the program as administrator by right clicking and clicking the "Run As Administrator" when your about to install it and then repeat the following step when opening the program for the first time

no because he obviously wants to use moziall and im having the same problem, as with safari...no browser works except internet explorer...i just need a new computer

3 things you may need to do:

1. Check your router

2. Maybe change your home page

3. Manually resend the link *re type it ans press enter*

If none of these work you may want to uninstall it and then reinstall it. Firefox has been having some problems lately. I have been having the same problems with certain pages.... But I ultimately figure it out in the end ^^

Uninstall it and install it using internet explorer or reconect or disconect and reconect or IP adress or check your modem or router

check your router and just see if your connection is working or try restarting your computer
