Thanks Chef!!!  I will do that but I'll season them with Sage, Black pepper, Garlic, steak sauce, Sea Salt. And when I cook/Grill them, I'll throw in some sauteed onions, add leaf lettuce, and tomato with a warm toasted bakery burger bun.
