  • @All the people who think the singer is bad - you think you can do better ?

  • wooaa.. same as a led zeppelin concert. They didn't use the studio version

  • Rageage5, how is this sad, yeah they didnt make the songs, but these guys get to tour the country drinkin beers and "make believing" they play if front of crowds and get paid for it, that'd be a kick ass job regardless of how much you make

  • ... this is just embarrassing ... i dont really care if it was good or not, but its just sad seeing grown men play make believe.

  • @rageage5fifteen

I don't agree.....They're having a blast and getting paid to do it. :)

  • This is not a tribute! It's copying the style of the legends! Find your own style guys...

  • Comment removed

  • not bad :)

  • how is this legal? Robert and Jimmy must be kicking themselves...

  • I like the singer

  • the singer is my neighbor (:

  • @jonathan33409 lucky bastard...!!

  • The singer is okay, he does well on the high notes but the opening was not so good. Keyboards could have been turned down just a tad bit to match the guitar riffs. All in all it was okay. I have to say there will never be anything like the real Led Zeppelin but It takes balls to lay tribute to Led Zep. Balls that not a lot of bands have.

  • I just saw these guys, the singer sounds a LOT better live than in the video.

  • holy crap get that singer out of the band

  • @xHDxclan bro i saw these guys last year in july and it all sounds 100X better live. trust me man

  • @xHDxclan go to my channel i got some vids but my camera screwed with with focus i have a few songs of them playin

  • Fantastico!!!

  • this is awesome

  • Did Robert plant have to come back as a homo lead singer? jeez that dude is terrible!

  • perfect led zeppelin cover

  • @MrBlackdog182 fuck you douche bag you don't know anything about music

  • Keyboardist plays bass with his feet on pedals - same as John Paul Jones with Zep. He's an impressive musician.

  • where's the bass?

  • Not bad but there is this even prettier band dressed all in white and all ladies who have captured my led heart

  • the singer look gey

  • @alejandronuevo08 u pretty much insulted robert plant considering how much they look alike

  • i saw a zeppelin tribute band last weekend. They were pretty shit lol. The only songs he could actually sing were Kasmir, Whole Lotta love and Rock N' Roll. i was looking forward to Heartbreaker but it was pretty bad

  • @consul1957... Do people like you just spout to spout or do you actually ever consider thinking. The Zeppelin TSRS version of this song is actually 18 seconds longer (where there is music being played) If you sync up the two versions on here you will see the guitar solo starts within 8 seconds of each other (zep version being slower) and the rest is virtually note for note the same. So the tempo is apparently only in your mind.

  • Even Plant cannot do Plant anymore. He blew out his voice doing himself. It's too easy to rip people apart sitting at your computer watching a youtube video. These guys have done a great job. Plant is extremely difficult to emulate. If you were in attendance of this live performance this would have more impact on you. The studio versions are too familiar and you hear every deviation in this cover. You would accept anything from Plant but not a cover band.

  • Too slow

  • my god the singer has got to be ridiculously high, look at his face. lol

  • He follows TSRTS solo almost exactly... WOW! And... the singer looks and sounds like Michael Bolton

  • These guys are great! i think their jimmy is a little too disciplined though.... i mean, his playing seems too prepared, like note for note and clean... but jimmy page always played kinda rough live and improvised a lot.......

  • I would respectfully suggest that people spend a little time listening to some of the bootleg concert recordings of plant before they make comments about this guys voice.... If you just listen to studio recordings you fail to get any kind of live perspective...Anybody who can get up there and make it through an hour and a half sometimes longer of Zep tunes night after night has my respect.

  • I've seen a much better Zep Tribute band called "No Quarter" based out of the Seattle area. The singer looked and sang just like Plant.

  • To all you critics out there- lighten the f*ck up! These guys look and sound as close to Zeppelin as they were back in the 70's than anyone else on Youtube that I've seen. Some people are just miserable and they get some kind of morose thrill out of talking shit. Their criticism isn't even constructive - it's just TOXIC! Just enjoy the show and shut the f*ck up. It just might bring you some joy if you let it...

  • HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!! MIND BLOWN AWAY!!!!!!!!!

  • Keep up the good work guys!!! Respect!!! \m/

  • His voice be also good for Scorpions tribute... :) has a similarity with scorpions singer...

  • To all saying the singer is bad:

I don't disagree he isn't Robert Plant, but then again this is a TRIBUTE band. Nobody ever said everything would be exactly the same. True, he's not a great singer, but I wouldn't say he's a bad one either. I think he's a good choice for a Zeppelin tribute band.

  • @Toydude1984

I agree with your statement. He hits some pretty incredible highs too.

  • 3:45 hail to jimmy page

  • Saw these guys at Newport in Columbus ohio

  • singer must turn down his ego and up his voice, pretty ridicolous... Tribute band would be much more appreciated with a little more personality, or maybe less halloween-scary costumes which only make them look ridicolous, but that's just my opinion, other than this the song is very very fucking well portrayed, and I absolutely respect such good musicianship.

  • @arcuz92 you said it right man!!! The singer must present first his voice not his costumes :D hehehe

  • ''by the bRook'' thats funny. singeR is tRying way too haRd

  • bass player needs to cut his hair and dress the part

  • @MrZoso78 They're doing TRIBUTES to Zeppelin, not trying to steal Zeppelin's thunder.

  • Awesome song! When was this concert held?

  • @CCthebat I shot it in January of 2010 in Raleigh, nc

  • i just got back from seeing them at Fort Wayne and the videos here dont do them justice. they sound great live even the singer you all complain about.

  • Thank you very much for sharing.

  • snare sounds kinda stiff

  • @optimumRussian the zoso symbol means Saturn which hails over I think Capricorn.

  • @elric87 I mean, its a copy of that xD

  • Comment removed

  • where did the guitar player that fucking nice costume that i want for 5 years ?

  • AWESOME! Singer has Plant's voice/mannerism's down. The guitar's very good. The bassist does a great job w/bass/keyboard & the drummer. Think Bonzo would be proud.

  • I still don't know what the fuck Z oso is!

  • @optimumRussIan brand of equipment. also the name of a zep album

  • @parrottfamily3 no, the symbol. That no one knows the meaning of. It looks vaguely like it says Z oso

  • @optimumRussIan I heard it was refearing to something that dealt with "Black Magic" which Jimmy Page was really into and thought was interesting

  • nobody can sing this song like Plant, he's a genius with one of the best voices of the world and most important there's no band can be like led zeppelin, when that four man were together it was like if you were in another dimension and none of them can be replaced

    BTW great cover!

  • sorry dude this is a crap tribute band, the drummer has two arms xD

IM JOKING :P i really enjoyed the cover :)

  • He missed his solo

  • I think they should remake the TSRTS MSG show and put it on dvd

  • There in Baldwin park today Morgan Park

  • Why is slash dressed like jimmy page?

  • The show at lexington michigan july 9th even more epic than this holy crap! i have some vids of the concert on my channel but oh man these guys are great!

  • epic solo..i would have bought it if you said it was page...hell, pagies sounded worse than that..lol

  • Reminds me of that movie Rock Star with Mark Wahlberg.

  • I only don't like singer but the rest is the best.

  • the singer sounds like a mix of robert plant and squidward

but i love how they recreated the 1973 tour they have every thing from the song remains the same, even the gong!!!

  • The guitar player and drummer are great!!!! going to see them in lexington july 9th!!! woot!

  • Ok Can I Just Say The singer sounds Like Absolute Shit. I've seen a Much Better Tribute Band In NC Called Get The Led Out. An All Around Better Band That Doesn't Try Too Recreate The Power Of Led Zeppelin. These Guys Try Wayy To Hard To Be Led Zeppelin. It's Quite Sad

  • they didn't play the part before the guitar solo right

  • First concert I ever went to was Zoso, and have been dieing to see them again ever since. Second concert was KISS ;p

  • 6:25 your Jimi page just missed his solo

  • @anonymusneo No. In concert, Jimmy would always do EXACTLY what this guitar player did. I think he did that to give him time because he had to switch necks, where in the studio recording it does sound like what you're saying because there were two guitar parts.

  • AWSOME !!!

exacly the same of "the song temains the same" concert

    love it !!!!

  • Very nicely done!

  • I saw these guys tonight in cuyahoga falls, ohio. they were the most badass musicians to come round these parts in a great while

  • City of Thieves!

  • very good, of course theyr'e not Led Zeppelin and they will never be, but i think it's great that they are doing this and i enjoyed it and so did the audience.

At least they're humiliating Led Zeppelin, it's a great tribute

  • there pretty good but i dont like the fact the the lead singer trys to be exactly like Robert Plant

  • @kingabeyta well...it IS a tribute band, its supposed to "feel" like the real thing

  • The guitar work is superb!

  • @RytaiVakarams Youre 19 years old How would you have any idea what Led Zeppelin sounds like live?

  • They look more like Styx and sound more like Jethro Tull!

  • This awesome ! I normally get really pissed of when people try to pull off Zeppelin , but your vocals are insane !!! Very impressive !

  • i don't like this.

BE ORIGINAL BOYS. I like the music, but in my opinion is patetic who tries to imitate someone.

  • @StevenLewis96 People who do it quite well and get paid very well for doing it. It's not like you are going to get to see the originals anytime soon and even if that miracle happened it most certainly wouldn't be for the price that you pay to see the imitation.

  • I love the way they look

  • One Of The best cover ever

  • singers good i guess, i just dont like his tone

  • I think the singer looks like Steve Carell in a wig

  • RRRoberrrrrt Plant should lose the overly affected r's and the lisp

    but otherwise nice job.

  • hahahaha

  • where is Jonesy?

  • great band! check out Johnny Van Plant!

  • seen these guys tomorrow, on my birthday...shits gona be awesomeeee

  • when he says "there" it sounds like hes saying beer..."beers a songbird who sings", "beers a feeling i get", etc...

  • Shit , john bonham is alive !!

  • awesome - going to see them tonight. im only 17 so this is the closest ill ever get to zeppelin live.. so happy

  • I saw these cats last week at the national in Richmond, VA they are good..

  • These guys do a very respectable job. When you look around on YT you find very few Zep tribute bands.....Personally I don't think Led Zeppelin is an easy band to duplicate, and in/ around the era that there doing, the 73' thing...Anyway, KUDOS to them for their efforts, and they can help younger audiences experience what a Zep show was like.

  • @Leesherwood Thanks for your comment. Yes, I agree that they are doing a pretty great job of reproducing the music and keeping the classic sound alive. As a guitarist I used to wish I could see how Jimmy Page played his guitar solos. Now bands like Zoso let you go to a killer (and pretty authentic) show and watch and record the experience. Even when you watch an old Zep concert video like "The Song Remains The Same" you get precious little of the band performing - more wierd 70's psychadellia.

  • just like tupac, elvis, and michael jackson, john bonham is apparently still alive.

  • the robert plant thing he's got going is kinda annoying, but he is capturing the way robert plant performed it i suppose.

  • This guy is trying way too hard to be Plante. And I know Bobby Plante was a bit feminine, but we might have found the cure for AIDS with this fucker. I think he fucked the monkey before he did his boyfriend. lol

  • @jamesgagne Well just goes to show you what a great actor he is I guess. He's your basic redneck country boy in real life. Also I have seen his wife and I promise you she looks nothing like a boy (smiles).

  • Would love to see one of your band's videos or hear your sound.

  • I am completely with you MrKlimekbach.... I just started doing a zeppelin tribute band and we are musically miles ahead of these guys... this kind of self indulgent idiocy has no place attempting to recreate the sounds of Robert Plant.... the rest of the guys are very tight and really capture the essence of each song

  • @MrSeanFinch Well give us a link then MrSean so we can all see just how many miles ahead you are "musically"??? Somehow I suspect the distance is only in your mind.

  • where is the bass player

  • @lukesolo1977 The keyboard player plays bass pedals with his feet. That's the way John Paul Jones did too. Takes a lot of coordination.

  • @lukesolo1977 having a smoke break

  • omg..i hate this gay singer!

  • JOHN BONHAM! JOHN BONHAM! JOHN BONHAM!

  • WOW! When i heard of them i figured it would be a crappy cover band. But they sound just like the real Led Zeppelin. They even have the movements down! I'm sure being there would be like walking back in time. The only down side is that there no where close to being as hot as Jimmy Page and as sexy as Robert Plant:( But hey, over all i'd love to see them. Not everyone is blessed with Robert and Jimmy's god given looks. lol.

  • good stuff guys!

  • omg i cant wait to see you guys in Akron, Ohio! you guys sound amazing! 17 years old and i am a classic rock maniac! led zeppelin is my number 1 favorite band of all time. i hope you play in the light and your time is gonna come! and down by the seaside. and so much more. i love every song. bring back rock'n'roll! great job guys! me and jareds band while on the dark side of the moon! peace n love

  • puta merda igualzinho

  • i just gave this vid a thumbs up cause i want the guitar

  • Mais n'importe quoi !

Quelle honte ! Les tributes, c'est déjà nul, mais alors là, franchement, on touche le fond !

  • @ozzysnumber1fan oh no its part the tribute. robert plant did all that gay stuff too!

  • there coming to my town feb.11th and im hoping to see them

  • Amazing!!! Gods! I wish you could come to Honduras once...at least I´ll pay may life to see a tribute band to zeppelin!!! Please!!! :D

  • cover muto bom, tanto o visual quanto o som

  • God they suck cock LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • @Johnnytwain1 Do you have any idea how silly you sound with your lecture. You criticize the post and then when we go to your page on here you got two cheesy recordings of bands with bad video and audio. Is this some kind of LA thing you people have. Everyone is a Star or is about to be a Star or Is a Promoter for a star. Oh its Promoter (not promotor). If I was going to list my occupation I would at least know how to spell it.

  • @curt0803 For you're info that Nightranger video was a great concert with a PERFECT mix buddy. They blow the fuck out of that stupid, suckass Zep cover band buddy. So shut the fuck up buddy. YOU GOT THAT BUDDY. Go back to that rat hole you crawled out of. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO

  • wow !! great !!

  • Is that John Henry Bonham reincarnated???

  • @stretson If you think he's like Bohnam on this one, watch the vid I posted of Zoso doing Moby Dick at The Orange Peel - especially after about 7:40 into the vid. He's amazingly fast

  • Whats up with the double neck guitar?

  • @jagarcia0705 Tell us you were just kidding Jagarcia? Its probably arguably the most iconic image of jimmy page personally and stairway to heaven musically.

  • @Paneeks1960 its a tribute band. where else could they go? lol

  • I'm going to see ZoSo in two weeks. Second time seeing them. Probably the best tribute band i've seen live.

  • ESTO SI ES LEVEL

  • very good, but check out the band GRUHAK from croatia. best zeppelin covers ever, without the costumes!

  • @avzeolla That would be great if there were actually some ZEP covers on the audio links in their website. But since there arent I guess we can only "imagine" how great they are........Off in a dream imagining the "greatness"... and without costumes too....Im feeling the rush!!!!

  • @chiefindianlung no he dosent!!! ive met all of these guys a couple times. There all great dudes.

  • They are faking it

  • Mike where are you guys playing next time you are in NC?? Love the band

  • Mike where are you guys playing next time you are in NC?? Love the band

  • Oh, my god!Bohnam is alive!!!!!!

  • they kinda sorta, look like Zeppelin, but they dont sound like them, mainly the singer, and also, the Jimmy page impersonater isnt skinny enough,he should start doing heroine or gtfo

  • @tonysblueridge Haha im friends with the drummer we played the trooper together in gainesville he was phenomonal. and the mustache is real! haha

  • @tonysblueridge Haha im friends with the drummer we played the trooper together in gainesville he was phenomonal.

  • I'm in love with that stupid, heavy, offthetune, expensive wonderful Gibson...

  • I would never expect a singer to sound like Plant, but so far this is the best tribute i've heard.Thumbs Up for the vid!

  • the guitar needs to be way louder

  • the Vocals were decent but not like I thought everyone said "dead on" The guitar again decent, "Jones" was alright, but I'm afraid the drums weren't that good. He changed up the beat, not something I dig, hopefully they've gotten better :(

  • @williamq19 "He changed up the beat" What exactly does that mean? This is designed to be a copy of the 1973 live version in NYC. If you compare the two versions they are virtually identical for total time. The Percussion first enters at virtually the same time 4:45 in this video 4:40 in the NYC video and there is 3 seconds difference from that point to the end of the tune. So I guess Im confused where all these tempo changes happen? :-)

  • @williamq19 The only major difference is in this version the guitar is actually in tune with the keyboard and the guitar Arpeggios during the first part of the song are actually played accurately

  • Comment removed

  • This woulda been alot better if he just sang it right

  • who knew Michael Bolton was in a Zeppelin tribute?

  • @thelefty300 LMAO

  • oeieoeieoeieoeieoeieoeieoeieoeie

  • who is the guitar?

  • @88JudasMAN88 I believe the guitar is a gibson eds1275 (smiles)

If your question is who is the guitar player... his name is john mcdaniel.

  • sounds like plant live....

  • Sacanagem, Robert Plant não é viado e era lindísimo!!!! E Jimmy Page não tinha o cabelo tão feio!!!! Os caras tocam legal mas fazer cover, isso não tá um tanto cafona??

  • In fact to be specific concerning this song do a search on Led Zeppelin Knebworth 1979 - Stairway To Heaven Its not just plant thats awful. Pretty much the whole fan phones it in on this performance. Page's guitar arpeggios during the first third of the song are non-rhythmic out of tune missing notes etc.. Jones sort of makes up the keyboard part as he goes and the vocals are well not sure how to describe them. Bonham is good so thats one +

  • I would invite those who want to criticize the vocals to do a search on here for led zeppelin Knebworth 1979 and listen to some of the live plant vocals.

I might point out that those horrible vocals were done when Plant was 20 years younger than the singer in this band is right now.

  • Those who wish to criticize the vocals must get their Zep fixes from records because if they listened to many of the available bootleg live recordings they might not be so excited about plants voice (The 2007 O2 concert vocals were god awful even with lowered keys on many songs)
