I have a igt round top s series. we hit cash out and did not have enough coins so we got a error to call attendant. put more coins in but cannot reset, still says problem-call attendant. we have reset with key before but won't work now. killed power no change. will not reset. don't seem to have a code either. CAN ANYONE HELP.

like the vid shows, all ya have to do when hopper is empty, is to open door, refill hopper, and close the door. job done. if that doesn't work, you have a faulty machine. a workaround would be to clear the RAM. do that. it should make the machine forget everything.
