These are not my bikes, I just saw them parked on the road side in India on my trip to Pune city back in 2007. One of the bikes is fitted with metal side boxes obviously. I suppose it is cheaper than fibre glass, and it also stands out to this kind of classic bike.
No, no. They are very different bikes. Yezdi is the Jawa bike from Eastern Europe, with a 2-stroke engine etc. Enfield is an English bike with 4-stroke engine and separate gear box etc. They have nothing in common except that they are both models originating from Europe.
@jerryx2000 I am sure it has stopped because of the lower quality and also the new emission standards wordlwide. But they were sold even in Norway during the 90's. 350cc twin engine 2-stroke. lovely bikes.

As a kid I enjoyed listening the Yezdi and Java motorcycles roar.
