instead of opening that fractal or pic in anouther window you can just open it as layers its easyer and use it in future tutorials and people will follow you and you will make it way easyer Yours SploshuaProductions

You DON'T have to use the smudge brush with the fuzzy brush. You could go to Filters- Distorts- Wind .

F***ING hell I've copied this all the way through and my sig looks amazing (I used a render of the DC character Darkseid) and it's all thanks to you! you are the man I woulda never thought of how you did all this!
