i don't like calling it meditation.... it makes me feel like some weird old monk that needs it to power his ki to perform martial arts... i dunno what i'd call it, but meditation sounds weird...

anyways... are theta waves kinda similar to gamma waves? do they both cause the same level of consciousness?

Very Good! One of my favorites! Use it in the morning, after alpha wave wake-up, or by itself in the afternoon (for deep relaxation or meditation). Can also be used to unlock some inner higher-order capabilties. Above all, if you are already doing meditation at theta or gamma levels comfortably - you are the chosen one! Ready for "contact"? :))
