It's not a model, its the "Genisis" sample return capsule that had its parachute's malfunction and fail to deploy , it hit the ground in Utah on the salt flats of Dugway Proving Grounds , you can search it via Google, or NASA, I watched it live as it fell, if it had not malfunctioned , it was going to be caught by a helicopter with a hook.
