That is impossible. She died jumping off the "Hollywoodland" sign, (the now famous "Hollywood" sign)....sometime in the 1930's.......when her career took a nosedive, as she did too......That's why they removed the "wood" part of the sign.
@drachirzimmer Sorry I wasn't clear. I lived up beachwood in the mid 80's. Did not mean Peg did. There is a wonderful tour called Dearly Departed that stops by the house.
i can't believe jennifer tilly was cast as Clara Bow. who the hell thought that was a good idea? ugh.

Her name was Peg Estwistle. I lived down the street from where she lived in the 80's. On Beachwood if you know LA
