I am married to a real plumber. It has taken him years and stages to earn that title. There is apprenticeship, journeymanship, and finally after 40 years he is a master plumber. Also most plumbers don't just deal with plumbing. For instance my husband does heating and water conditioning also! Also we may still be in Japan and Germany , but the difference there is we didn't invade either country without a good reason or dare I say it ON THE LIES OF THE PRESIDENT AND VP!Also we are there at their behest! Try telling this to all the men and women serving in the armed forces and that this is what you are fighting for. I have a relative who lives there and the illegal immigrant thing is out of control there and so is crime. Also Alaska has the highest rate in the nation for crystal meth use. LOL Arizona has the most stringent illegal alien laws in the country. (Maybe because they border Mexico...) They go after and shut down bussineses who employ them. ronfella- Don't act like you give a damn about the living conditions and the horror the Iraqies have had to go thru. Sice we have been there more people have been killed, the infrastructure is a mess(another thing we'll have to pay for) and any time you see it on TV there seems to be a great deal of suffering!They are in the middle of a civil war and I don't believe there will be any peace until we leave. Think about it if someone were occupying the US we would fight till the death !

If the war was over our troops would be home and there would be a parade down mainstreet. I don't see either. All we are now is a police force there. When you win you get to come home not police the streets.That is why we can't come home because if we do then there will be chaos again. I don't call that winning. John McCain, Joe the Plumber and a good many others confound turnover with taxable income. Huge difference. Money applied for the business (or the job) is no taxable income in the States. As owner when I reinvest everything, I hardly pay any income tax.
More interesting are other taxes, as sales taxes or real estate taxes, and in the US those are preserves of the respective countries and have nothing to do with the president.
