I'm not sure why we stopped teaching abstinence which is 100% effective in preventing the spread of this viruses and bugs. And we always like to say that people cannot be abstinence, that statement puts it into our minds that we can't. Because we have been teaching that we can't. Its a sad day when to try and put a badly tattered band-aid on the problem by making condoms for 12 year olds (true story I seen in the news).
