Thanks worked.

I downloaded the Realtek Audio device at the very bottom FIRST,installed it and then the ZIP FILE FOR WINDOWS XP and installed that.I don't know which worked or if I really needed to download both but i have sound.Phewww what a relief.

My pc was saying no audio device after updates were installed at my local pc repair shop.Was just about to take it back .

Only downer is i can now hear the music in this video.lol

I had this same problem and nothing would fix it. This did not work for me either. If you have a DELL computer you are probably missing a driver. Go to DELL com and type in "Download Drivers" in the search engine, Click on Download and Drivers, Enter your computer tag (located in the back of your computer) then Click download on the "Audio" tab. Download by Internet browser, Install and Run. This worked for me and i had been working on this for weeks. Received the advice from computer store.

dont download any of these files. they will not work. to get sound back, see what is your sound card, like D345343SE something like that. then know the manufactory of soundcard, like intel. then go to your manufactory's website, type your sound card, and you will get driver. then install it, restart your comp and everything WILL work. please thumb up, so people can fix it.
