  • Nice catch!

  • @apples2095 thanks

  • thos arent ex-soo line soo line never had ac4400cw if they did prove it

  • @SuperTrainkid your right

  • @wheels069 but that is a very nice catch. I'm even not that good at hand held

  • Amazing catch. CP Locomotive's 8500 - 8580, 8600 - 8655 are ex- SOO Line AC4400CW's built by GE. CP Locomotives 8700 - 8739, 8740 - 8759, 8760 - 8839, 8840 - 8859, 8860 - 8960 are ES44AC built by GE. I have never seen one of the new 8900 series CP Locomotives. But I have seen 2 of the newer CN Locomotives, 8920 & 8943 built in late 2010 - mid-2011.

  • @RailfanWaterloo SuperTrainkid is right on this one SOO line was incorperated by the CP in 1984 (source Wikipedia) these locomotive were built in the late 90's for Canadian Pacific solely (they are not sublettered like CN's IC C44-9CW's) as for the ES44AC's I've seen 3 of the new 89 series (this one, 8910 and 8915). Thanks for the comment
