I found another similar object on another video. "Rare amateur 9/11 videos" at 55 seconds you see a black object fly by the trade center just before the first plane hits. It's on the opposite side of the plane. I'm not a 9/11 conspiracy person. It's just something I noticed. See what you think.

Ive checked out too zoomed in then used my camera and zoomed in its a bird it comes from below the ring not out of it and reson why theres three is because when you pause it it hasnt time to catch it quick enough so it captures it moving so u get it three times accross the screen.

In spite of zooming in or not into image detail, (for example, as an attempt to search for smaller ships coming out from a mothership), I am convinced this cloud is affected by a huge extraterrestrial mothership energy field, that was to be shown during some time over the urban area of Moscow. ...as it really did, in my opinion.
