I love the quality of the video in this version, I shouldnt never sold my Dreamcast or this game. I was very impatient when I was younger, to do all the puzzles, while now I rebought Soul Reaver in PSN but it isnt the same thought with the graphics or the framerate.
i was a bit disappointed of this porting. Dreamcast can do far way better. i don't pretend something like doa2 or shenmue but i hate that trembling of 3d shapes typical of the old 32bit era :|
dreamcast was out only for a little while and the grapchic's look'd great lke doa2 looks better on dc than ps2 look at some launch games for ps2 like oprhan and x squad they look'd crappy next to dc games like shenmue if dc was out as long as ps2 they could of handle games like mgs2 and god of war belive that
i agree that god of war looks great it look's like a xbox 1 game but they could of handled it look how they made games for psx and dreamcast it woulidint of looked better than the ps2 version but it would of look almost as good....if you remeber devolper's hated making games for ps2 cause it was hard to make it look good..pretty much...they liked xbox 1 and dreamcast cause it was so easy to make games on it...im not a fan boy i have pretty much every system known to man.. It would be pretty fucking strange if after observing the progress and technology of the playstation, N64, et al that sega would release an inferior console. Although it wouldn't be too surprising considering they released the DC a year before the PS2. That puny gap of time puts in perspective how inferior the DC really was.

More Texture Memory means more vivid textures meaning things look more realistic. I'm not saying that is the only aspect of the Dreamcast that is superior, that is the only thing you could pick out to scrutinize.

Uh, what?. I'm assuming you are saying the PS2 is superior to the DC.
The Dreamcast wasn't inferior, in fact in the opinion of many people it was the greatest console ever created.
What did it have over the PS2? 64Mb texture memory of the PS2 and only 3 million polygons less. The PS2 has only 4Mb of texture memory.
The Dreamcast had a built in modem.
The Dreamcast has on die anti aliasing while it taxes the PS2 to anti alias.
