why not use a dremmel to help cut out those holes in the plastic.

@Bocomarine Its possible but the plastic is quite thick, cutting it oit with dremel could take more time too.

@MartSard Yes it is thick that is why you use the drill like you did then use a jig to cut the rough cuts then go in with the dremmel to refine the areas and smooth things out using wood tools is a bit odd to me lol... I mean you can do that I guess but using a more controlled approach will get you the desired results. Also your angle grinder + drill scares the hell out of me use a dremmel with a sander head to smooth out plastic your method could get you hurt man.

I wanna make a robot with a 30 hp motor for it's spinning blade (2 axes with steel plates inbetween) , the drive dosen't have to be too strong, nor the armor, I just want a devistating weapon, so strong i would destroy any robot with 1 hit, even at the cost of my own.

@1998HALOKILLER Depends, where you get the parts. I got 2 used drills for 10$, switches 5$, material was free, electronics about 30$, battery for the robot came from the drills.
