Excellent video. It's tougher in colder climates doing what you do. There's only 4 months of growing season where I am unless I make a greenhouse which will then extend it to 5 1/2 at most.

I think what you guys should do is provide potential backyard farmers a framework to work within. Not everyone can become green thumbs overnight, but given the right foundation to start with, with thousands of people making themselves slightly more self-sufficient it can make an extraordinary difference
