It's difficult to say who's best, everyone have their own character and style. Ronaldo did have a muscle body mixed with speed and technique, he was insane, so at this time he was unbeatable. i don't think anyone come close to this.

As much as I like Zidane, anyone who actually thinks he was faster, stronger, better at tricks, dribbling, finding space or finishing than Ronaldo doesn't know what they are talking about. Zidane's mastery is in grace on the ball, making the team flow to his rythym, sublime vision and passing he made a big difference in a team as a driving force and playmaker. You could not give Zidane the ball facing 4 defenders and say "we need you to get past them and win the game". Totally different players.

Ronaldo for me is by far the most underrated player in history. he could annihilate an entire defense with his dribbling skill and amazing power. Ive never seen a player who could match ronnie and yes, to me he is the greatest Ive ever seen. my childhood hero.
