The US Tax rate for Corporations is 35%.... the overseas tax rate Google will pay for moving to Bermuda is 2.4%... This process of moving businesses overseas cost the US $60 billion each year in taxes. The US middle class must then make up this difference ... if we keep this up we'll not be able to afford any more overseas wars and bases.... We can't compete with 2.4% as we can't compete with $1./Hour wages in other countries.. without major way of living changes...

@Pkr Government Motors should have been allowed to fail. They didn't rewrite any of their contracts, and they are doing business as usual, at a fail rate. They LIED about paying back the money, even after they went bankrupt, they just moved money from one pile to another. GM should move to CHina, as IF they could compete. @Pkr We need to focus on changing our corporate tax rates and make it more inviting to choose states over countries. It is cheaper to start a corporation in Ireland than it is here. Taxes are too high, and that HAS to change. However this admin has turned taxes into class warfare. They should cut budgets and spending instead of raising taxes on all. She doesn't know any facts and doesn't have a grasp on how important concepts relate to each other.. for example,
she lists cutting government spending as an advantage to help small businesses.
The stimulus package was listed at 800 billion; half of which were tax cuts, and that is neither "spending" nor a trillion. I cannot imagine a scenario in which I would consult her for her opinion, and I think her and the other Palin clones are a slap in the face to sharp, hard working women.

This woman complains about socialism and yet her family received federal agricultural subsidies in excess of $251,000 between 1995 and 2006.
Also, she calls for violence and witch hunts against people in Congress with whom she disagrees. I can think of no American in politics who is a more despicable hypocrite....but I can think of a few who are giving her a run for her money.

The US Tax rate for Corporations is 35%.... the overseas tax rate Google will pay for moving to Bermuda is 2.4%... This process of moving businesses overseas cost the US $60 billion each year in taxes. The US middle class must then make up this difference ... if we keep this up we'll not be able to afford any more overseas wars and bases.... We can't compete with 2.4% as we can't compete with $1./Hour wages in other countries.. without major way of living changes...

Start by removing progressive's from power and reestablish a conservative base in family and government, both Democrat and Republican. Frankly, conservative values work. It's been proven, time and time again.
In my opinion, Bachmann is a conservative and Bush is a progressive, just like Obama. Progressives don't much believe in our Republic, they want a Democracy. This enables their views on social justice. Democracy's eventually fail (i.e Iran); coincidently is the core concept of Islam.

I might add that the Bush/Obama bailouts of the Banking Industry, TARP, has earned the government 25.5 billion dollars in interest and is being repaid rapidly by the banks. The banks are doing this in order to pay bonuses to their higher end employees which Obama said they could not do IF they owed the government anything. Good thinking I would say....

@Pkr Government Motors should have been allowed to fail. They didn't rewrite any of their contracts, and they are doing business as usual, at a fail rate. They LIED about paying back the money, even after they went bankrupt, they just moved money from one pile to another. GM should move to CHina, as IF they could compete. The VOLT is a joke, as are all of their other products. At least FORD isn't a failure.

@Pkr We need to focus on changing our corporate tax rates and make it more inviting to choose states over countries. It is cheaper to start a corporation in Ireland than it is here. Taxes are too high, and that HAS to change. However this admin has turned taxes into class warfare. They should cut budgets and spending instead of raising taxes on all. Pay the people more and they can spend more and live more comfortably as well. Michelle Bachmann is the reason abortion should be legal in all states, especially Minnesota. She reminds me of a housecat that sits and watches while someone lights her tail on fire. She does not know fiction from reality. Her whole life is a transformation from one whim to another.
