Well there's not many who make music like Akira's, but you should try U.N.K.L.E. They have electronic music and some are pretty haunting. And UNKLE has some audio straight from Jacobs Ladder in some of their songs, and you know Team Silent got inspiration from the same movie :)

This is both Akira Yamaoka AND Interlace. Try listening to Interlaces solo stuff, well not solo exactly, but still. Interlace takes some getting used to, but there good. Also, and easy way is to search for Industrial Ambience bands.

It's really all up for debate.

Some people say each voice is a different 'god' of the games (Pyramid Head, Samael, Metatron etc.)... Some people think each are characters from Silent Hill (like Vincent and Heather). The lyrics are amazing but a little to vaque to narrow down to just 3 characters, since many characters of Silent Hill share similar qualities and emotions, so many fit the mold. What does it mean to you? That would explain the three voices for you.

I do believe when you say Pyramid Head you mean Xuchilbara the Red God. Xuchilbara seems to be the inspiration for Pyramid Head in the towns history, and at one point PH glows red showing some sort of connection (Creator?/Master?/Avatar?).
