    Bassoon reads Treble and bass clef at the octave.

    Usually bassoons are in bass cleft. Tenor is usually for the higher notes, and treble is pretty uncommon.

  • Thanks for posting this music of Alan's. He wrote it as a gift to British composer Gordon Jacob who kept pigs at his home in Saffron Walden. I've enjoyed this work for many years and heard it at its first performance.
