very good lian bu quan man! i know that form as i did ymaa long fist and white crane before i switched to choy lee fut. you seem pretty advanced - how many stripes have you got on those trousers? ;) regards
@darth8freak nah, i wouldn't dare to judge as i'm no expert and it's been ages since i left ymaa. keep up the good work and take care my martial arts brother :) greetings from poland
you can see a lot of the applications just by watching the sequence being done. if you want to discover more on your own, just find a partner to practice each technique with.
i used to worry about keeping my back leg perfectly straight too, but actually, it's best to keep it a little bent. doesn't look great for forms, but its a lot more practical. golden rule: never lock your joints.
tis not as good as i'd want it to be! the legs are kinda rubbish, the rear feet isn't stable and the rear leg isn't straight. the hips move but that's almost all there's to it...
That was very good. I'd say to maybe sink your hip into your four-six stance/standing palm a little bit more, at least I would because I use that technique for chinna. Otherwise, looks great. :] Show more spirit when you end the form though!

@clffreak thank you. I didnt feel pretty advanced then and as i watch the vid again, same feeling :p
It was 1.5 year ago when i was only practising on my own. There are 2 stripes I think on this vid. Though at that time I had passed to 3rd :p
Can you spot the mistakes? :p

Hello, I've learned this form but I can't find any videos that show applications of it. Can some one help me out with that.
I could speculate and make it up myself, but I want some applications for this form from someone who has learn the applications.
