As a boeing 777 pilot, i find it fascinating looking into this beutiful craft. I must say the yoke looks more like a joke. But all in all i would say the Embraer looks a pleasure to fly

@Jetairwayscaptain I used to fly the 737 and as many say, there is no plane like the 737 to fly. When I transitioned over to the E190, I thought the exact same as you did. But to my total surprise, the yoke is actually more comfortable and this airplane reacts perfectly to pilot imputs, it flies similar to a B737 700. It is highly responsive as well. Really, I had my doubts throught training but it is a great plane to fly, it is fun to fly.

look how fast the plane accelerates at 6: 28 ! 4 seconds after takeoff power is set, the plane reaches the 80 knots-mark! 8 seconds later --> rotate

I love the Embraer jets as a passenger - have flown in them several times now already. But the view from the cockpit of the Q-400 was awesome here - it was totally exhilarating.  It felt like being right there in the cockpit; could even feel the G-forces :) It seems to have a ton of power, the Q-400.

Great video. The EMB looks fun to fly. The EMB 170 is perhaps my favorite plane now--more comfortable than most mainline 737s or MD-80x.

@skydivesnowboard You have reason to be proud. Each Embraer is a very nice piece of technology. Some people claim they are "annoying to fly" but the same people don't understand the philosophy of those jets. I am a Boeing pilot but if boeing didn't exist i would be pleased enough flying an Embraer.

Looks like a great video with both the E190 and the Q400! Finally, the E190 is covered. Looks like some interesting destinations as well. I hope to also see other E190 operators in the future as well including Flybe (an update video from the previous), Copa, Taca, Virgin Blue, Air Canada, Regional of France, Finnair, Dolimiti and Air Europa.
