Yes i played vanilla also and the skill level was much worse, TBC people started to get better and content was still decent. Wotlk people even better content too easy, Cataclysm people are much better and content is the most difficult it has ever been.
@Ohai44 you have a very good point back when wow was new all the players were new to the game most of the people back in the MC days clicked and it was pretty normal from what I hear,skill levels were obviously much lower and boss battles are much more complex in a whole lot of ways now
@Pseudonimolol - I'm sure my opinion is biased but I had the most fun playing in Vanilla probably because the experience was all brand new and certain aspects of the games were more fun to me. BC was pretty fun also, didn't play really any wotlk, just pvped on lowbies and cata is whatever for now.. I dont get why people dident put the TF in OH and put a badass wep in MH... the sword wasent good dps it was the proc that fucked peoples world up and being in OH that wouldent make a diff. You could also get epics from like AV and other factions. No epic vendors in vanilla which I can appreciate the vanilla players who grinded their ass off to become geared not these click here for epics vendors. youd have to play vanilla to understand i guess.

@crazemelon - In defense to Blizz , they need to keep people hooked on the game and so they dumb down the involvement of getting epics which I understand so they can make $ but pre BC it was A LOT harder to get gear.. Although my highest toon is 73 and only 73 not 70 is cuz i farmed isle of quel danas a lot to get gear for my alts because lower level PVP is the only thing keep me playing. Many higher levels are like dude ur close to 80 but I dont care to gear/level grind. been thru it already

@taymaz1 - Just because click vs non click doesn't make you a better player.. And this was PRE BC gear was even harder to aquire, BC getting epics was a joke and it's even worse now. The comparison doesn't = because first off to get this gear you had to be good enough to get into a raiding guild or PVP enough to get warlord and if you PVP enough to get warlord usually means you know how to play pretty well. Just saying you had to gear gear through skill more back then.

@taymaz1 - I completely agree and while I myself bind + click certain abilities I think it comes down to what you're more comfortable with, I do have a few macro keybinds which are bad ass but some of my further out abilities like number pads 8- whatever I may click but they're talents I don't use often. I did have a friend who clicked every button but he was like top 3 warriors on his server. Yah I agree on the gear and now days gear is more advantageous and scales WAY more than pre BC.

Thunderfury sword was a bitch to accomplish and if you weren't in a top end raiding guild you pretty much couldn't get it.. 1.12.1, will be 100% scripted, old difficult will be brought back, possibly even 10man scholo/strat. It has developers with will and skills. Revive the old wPvP spirit in yourself.

LOL at lucaion666, thunderfury is obtained from a long very hard quest line. started when you have obtained the right or left "binding of the windseeker" quest for this required right and left binding, essence of the fire lord, and correct me if im wrong but 8 elementium bars.(ore from BWL) i will be trying to get this for the second time on my 60 warrior will be staying 60 for the rest of my WoW days. i hope ive helped some peoples information on this legendary god sword. One fatefull day, before KT was turned into micheal jackson by the bitch king kel was running MC. both the bindings dropped and he ninja them from the main tank (chucks norris) and used his chopsticks and uber leet hax to craft this legendary, thus making it magicaly apear on his loot tables. you sire are a newb who needs to do some research! lucaion666, i'm sorry to say but Kel'thuzad doesn't drop Thunderfury.. and you have to craft it from 2 parts, right and left part, then do a quest to kill Thunderaan then you get the other part, hand it in and you get the Blade, you can't get it any other way.. whats the name of your 80 ulduar character then?

The thing that makes a difference between a clicker and a non-clicker is that he have to let his eyes of his opponent which can lead to missing some spell he might do whoch can be lethal to him.
